تفعيل دور المراة العربية السورية في عملية التنمية الشاملة

This study deals with the activation of the Syrian Arab Woman's participation in the process of comprehensive development in society, due to the necessity of making use of the human resources (women & men) equally in the development of society. The study tackles two fundamental aspects: * The first aspect concentrates on the difficulties that obstruct the activation of the woman's participation in the economic, social, political, intellectual & educational activities in society in addition to other activities that contribute to the upgrading of society, such as cultural & social difficulties, vocational qualification & scientific background difficulties, along with the difficulties of merging the woman in the labor market and her low share of participation in responsibility & decision taking positions. Finally the special difficulties in discrimination between men and women in terms of rights & duties. * The second aspect deals with the requirements and techniques of activating her role in achieving the comprehensive development in several fields and domains, such as the socio-cultural, scientific, and vocational training fields, in addition to the techniques of merging her in the process of production and promoting her participation in responsibility & decision making positions. As in promoting the culture of justice and equity between men & women. Finally, many suggestions have been provided for the sake of taking part in achieving the aim of this study in making use of the creative & innovative abilities of women for the development in society and taking it to the level of developed countries.
