This study is concerned with studying the applicable law to the professional injuries and diseases happening during the enforcement of the international contract of labour. It is worth bearing in mind that this study takes into consideration an all-embrancing concept of the international contract in general and the international contract of labour in particular. This study is subdivided into three sections. The first takes into account the submission of the international contract of labour to the law of contract. Whereas the second section is concerned with taking into consideration the theory of objective localization of the international contract of labour. Finally the third section studies the submission of the international contract of labour to the rules of the law of necessary application which are qualified as the imperative rules of police.
