This study has aimed at recognizing how far post elementary schoolmasters in Al Dakhilia region use the types of administrative communication from the teachers’ viewpoint. It is also associated with some variables such as gender, scientific qualification and job experience. The sample of study consists of (380) (males and females) teachers chosen randomly from post elementary schools in Al Dakhilia region. The researcher has used a questionnaire to measure the level of use; it consists of 20 paragraphs. Appropriate statistical techniques are used to analyze data. The study has pointed out that the extent to which post elementary schoolmasters in Al Dakhilia region use of the types of administrative communication from the teachers’ viewpoint has been within the large use (3, 85 on average). The results showed a lack of statistically significant differences attributed to the variables of gender, scientific qualification and job experience. In light of the study findings, the researcher recommendal that may benefit educational policy makers in the Sultanate of Oman in order to improve work aspects in education career and the necessity to focus on administrative communication in school.
