The several concepts of graph theory have been found to be a useful tool in both QSAR and QSPR. This theory provides many different methods of characterizing chemical structures numerically. In this study, is represented the quantitative structural relationship between the structural parameters (A and log(A)), logarithm of calculated Octanol-Water partitioning coefficients and total biodegradation (logKow and TBd (mol/h), respectively) in 2-Imidazoline derivatives as the important medicine structures. This group of compounds has different effects. The interesting results of concerning among logKow and TBd (mol/h) for this compounds are presented and discussed.
