in this note, a novel combination of sliding mode controller and self-recurrent wavelet neural network identifier
(SRWNNI) is employed to control nonlinear systems. SRWNNI has a considerable flexibility to identify the dynamic of nonlinear system and this property helps the proposed method to present a new adaptive predictive control scheme for unknown dynamics. This procedure is implemented on the Destructive chaos phenomena that appear in Metamorphic shape-changing Underwater autonomous Vehicle (MUV) and simulation results confirm the effectiveness of this strategy.
