In this paper, we introduce two class of bivariate distributions having proportional (reversed) hazard rates models as their marginals. Also, two families of bivariate distributions constructed by a stochastic mixture of the order statistics of a sample of size two are given as competitors for FGAI family. Dependence structure and corresponding copula, functions of these families of bivariate distributions are studied.
