Graph theory is an aria of mathematics that is closely related to both topology and combinatory concepts. Topological indices are the digital value combined with chemical constitution purporting for correlation of chemical structures with various chemical and physical properties. One of the useful and very simple numerical and structural items in saturated linear hydrocarbons (n-CnH2n+2) is the number of carbon atoms (Cn). In this study, is represented the quantitative structural relationship between the number of carbon atoms (Cn), logarithm of calculated Octanol-Water partitioning coefficients and total biodegradation (logKow and TBd (mol/h), respectively) in saturated linear hydrocarbons. The interesting results of concerning among logKow and TBd (mol/h) for this compounds are presented and discussed
