Defining the Manufacturing Strategies by Utilizing Inventory Systems and Game Theory Concept

One of the most important issues in the production management is the competitiveness between the firms in all steps of production. So, for the first time in this paper we consider a situation in which two firms produce a like commodity and their cost function is EPQ( Economic Production Quantity). Therefore, this situation is modeled as a Cournot game with the inventory cost and the Nash Equilibrium of this game is obtained in this paper
