The purpose of this study was to determine the relation between organization health and organization commitment in the Central Administration of Education of Ardabil province. The research was done by the descriptive and relation method. The whole number of the Administration man power were 280 persons. For the sample 164 person by the random method were selected. For the gathering of data in organization health the questionnaires of hoy and Feldman and in the organization commitment, the questionnaire of Allen and Mayer were used.the validity and valibility of questionars were proved by the faculty members and chronbach x(x1=0/88, x2=0/079). In analyzes of data, Frequency, mean, percentages and Spearman correlation were used. The results indicated that there is positive relation between organization health and organization commitment among the man power of Administration. between institutional integrity, cansidriation, structure, moral, resource support and there is positive but weak relation. betwee institutional integrityand O.C. there is against relation principle influence and O.C. didn,t have any relation .
