A Survey of Teleconnection Indexes Parameters and Rainfall Fluctuations of Anzali

Among the all climate factors, the fluctuations in rainfall have the most effect on the economy of rich and poor countries. Iran due to its special geographical conditions is in danger of many weather and climate events. The harmful effects of these natural disasters are not limited to specific areas and all economic, social activities in rural and urban areas are suffering extreme changes in rainfall. Existing studies show that the phenomenon of telecommunications (teleconnection patterns) has a crucial role in the rate of atmospheric precipitation. In this paper, the effect of some climatic phenomena change on the rainfall of Anzali city during 2212-1591 was evaluated. Among the climatic indexes NAO (North Atlantic Oscillation) PNA, (Pacific NorthAmerica) AO (arctic oscillation), AMO were chosen as the telecommunication indexes. Research method was evaluated by SPSS software through analysis of the correlation between rainfall and monthly Teleconnection patterns, with the delayed time of one month ago and later 7 months ago moving average 2 to 9. The results of this study show that autumn’s rainfall is more influenced by AO, NAO and winter rainfall is more influenced by PNA that AMO has the greatest impact compared to other indicators.
