This paper addresses a novel synchronization scheme between two different kinds of delayed chaotic neural
networks (NNs) with unknown parameters. A time-scale separation based technique is used to design the control law
which guarantees the semi-global ultimately boundedness of the error synchronization between two different chaotic NNs
with unknown time delay. A simulation example is exploited to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach
