ارائه مدل سازي ساختاري پيش بيني استرس شغلي بر اساس ويژگي هاي شخصيت و راهبردهاي مقابله اي در نوازندگان

Introduction: since the job stressful job as sixth musicianship in 5102 has been introduced, in addition to the factors identified and that can affect performance and job stress are becoming increasingly important, it is very effective. The aim of this study provide structural modeling to predict job stress and coping strategies on performers was based on personality characteristics. Method: In this study sample of 52 players in three plectrum 0, plectrum 5, Arsheh, respectively, of the plectrum 0, tar, 52, of sitar 52 as well as the guitar 54, the Group Mezrabi 5; Santour 52 and 52 and the group 2 piano, violin maker 52 stratified random sampling from three Danshgah- College of Fine Arts of Tehran University, Faculty of Arts and Architecture, Islamic Azad University of science and higher Education Center folk culture and art were selected. Data from the Big Five Personality Inventory NEO Lazarus Coping Strategies Questionnaire and HSE job questionnaire were collected. To evaluate the relationship between latent and measured conceptual model of structural equation modeling was used. Results: significant coefficients between the structure of coping strategies and stress is equal to 48/4. The structural model shows that job stress coping strategies predicted musicians. Significant coefficients between coping strategies and personality traits musicians is equal to 58/5. The structural model shows a coping strategy for personality traits predicts musicians. Significant coefficients between personality traits and job stress to the players 2822 is. The structural model suggests that personality traits predict job stress musicians.
