In this work, the polymer/graphite nanocomposites bipolar plate is prepared by bulk molding compound process. Nanoparticles of ZnO, Ti02 and nano Cu were added to composite as secendery fillers. Epoxy resin was chosen due to low cost. Percentage of resin was constant while graphite and nano particles were variable. The conductivity properties and mechanical properties of these composite were studied. The results show that prepared nanocomposite with high percentage of nano copper has highest conductivity. Scanning electron microsopy (SEM) show that fillers disperse in matrix very well.
