بررسي عملكرد هيدرولوژيكي و اقتصادي - اجتماعي آببندان ها (مطالعه موردي شهرستان فومن)

تامين آب در بخش هاي مختلف كشاورزي، شرب و صنعت از دغدغه هاي تمامي جوامع بشري مي باشد و بخش عمده مصرف آب، در بخش كشاورزي و بخصوص زراعت آبي است. تحقيق حاضر، عملكرد هيدرولوژيكي و اقتصادي - اجتماعي آببندان هاي شهرستان فومن، واقع در استان گيلان را بررسي مي نمايد. در اين مطالعه تعداد 305 آببندان مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است كه 297 آببندان فعال و 8 عدد از آنها غير فعال مي باشند. ابتدا، با بكارگيري نقشه هاي توپوگرافي، تصاوير ماهواره اي و مطالعات ميداني آببندان هاي شهرستان فومن و سطح آنها بررسي و تعيين شد. مطالعات اقليمي، زمين شناسي و خاكشناسي، هيدرولوژي و هيدروژئولوژي با بكارگيري مطالعات ميداني و داده هاي موجود به منظور تجزيه و تحليل بيلان آب در آببندان ها و عملكرد هيدرولوژيك آنها صورت پذيرفت. از طرفي مطالعات ميداني با تكميل پرسشنامه براي آببندان هاي مطالعاتي و همچنين مقايسه دو مقطع زماني قبل و بعد از احداث آببندان براي آببندان هاي با قدمت كمتر (تغييرات در درآمد، اشتغال، توليد محصول و رضايتمندي اجتماعي) انجام پذيرفت. نتايج حاكي از آن است كه آببندان ها علاوه بر تامين آب، تغذيه سفره آب زيرزميني داراي كاركردهاي ديگري نظير پرورش ماهي، ارزش تفرجگاهي، اشتغال و غيره... مي باشند. همچنين، مديريت استفاده چند منظوره پس از انجام مطالعات جامع، راهكاريي براي توسعه همزمان بخش هاي كشا.رزي، حفاظت منابع آب و اقتصادي اجتماعي خواهد بود.
