شناسايي و بررسي جوامع پلانكتوني رودخانه ھاي بالادست و پايين دست سد شھيد شاھچراغي شھرستان دامغان

Identification and Evaluation of Plankton communities in River upstream and downstream of the dam Shahid Shahcheragh city Damgha

شهرستان دامغان با مساحت تقريبي 1.350.000 هكتار در استان سمنان واقع شده است. اين شهرستان بين 53 درجه و 42 دقيقه تا 45 درجه و 49 دقيقه طول شرقي و 36 درجه تا 34 دقيقه عرض شمالي قرار گرفته است. اين بررسي از فروردين 1390 تا پايان اسفند 1390 به مدت يك سال به منظور شناسايي و بررسي جوامع پلانكتوني رودخانه هاي بالادست و پايين دست سد شهيد شاهچراغي در يك مسير 28 كيلومتري به صورت ماهانه بوسيله تور پلانكتونگير 40 ميكرون، انجام شد. خصوصيات فيزيكوشيميايي آب نظير دما، اكسيژن محلول،PH،دبي در هر بار نمونه برداري در شش ايستگاه اندازه گيري شد. بعد از اين مرحله نمونه ها به وسيله فرمالين 4 درصد فيكس و سپس براي شناسايي به آزمايشگاه انتقال مي يافتند.طبق مطالعات انجام شده روي شش ايستگاه(سه ايستگاه واقع در بالادست سد و سه ايستگاه واقع در پايين دست سد) بيشترين فراواني زئوپلانكتوني در فصل تابستان و حداكثر جمعيت فيتوپلانكتوني مربوط به فصل بهار مي باشد. تغييرات آنها به تفكيك فصل نمونه برداري و ايستگاه، مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. طبق نتايج آماري حاصل از بررسي پلانكتون گياهي و جانوري، ميانگين فراواني آن ها در فصول سال و در ايستگاه هاي انتخابي تفاوت معني داري با يكديگر داشت. تنوع و فراواني زئوپلانكتوني در بالادست سد شاهچراغي(رودخانه چشمه) كمتر و به سمت سد از ايستگاه سوم به بعد(پايين دست سد) به تنوع و فراواني شاخه هاي مشاهده شده افزوده مي شد. در اين بررسي در مجموع 7 شاخه و 5 جنس از گروه هاي زئوپلانكتوني شامل:سيليافورا(Ciliophora)،ريزوپودا(Rhizopoda)،تارديگرادا(Tardigrada)،روتاتوريا(Rotatoria)،نماتودا (Nematoda)،كلادوسرا(Cladocera)،كوپه پودا(Copepoda)و از گروه فيتوپلانكتوني 6 شاخه با 12 جنس شامل:دياتومه(Bacillisriophyts)،سيانوفيتا(Cyanophyta)،كلروفيتا(Chlorophyta)،اوگلنوفيتا(Euglenaophyta)،كريزوفيتا(Chrysophyta)، پيروفيتا(Phyrrophyta) شناسايي شدند.

Damghan city is located in Semnan Province With an approximate area of 1,350,000 hectares. between Shahroud in the East and Semnan in the West. This study of date April 2011 until the end of March 2012 a period of one year in order to identify and study the Plankton communities of the river up Stream and down Stream Shahid 0μm mesh size 4 stations with 6Shahcheragh dam 28 km by road in Monthly samples were collected from plankton net. Physicochemical properties of water such astemperature, dissolved oxygen, pH, Debi in 6 stations were measured in each sampling. After the sample is fixed by 4% formalin and then were transferred to the laboratory for identification. According to studies on the six stations (three stations located in the lower dam and three stations located upstream of dam), the highest frequency within the population of Zooplankton was in the Spring and Phytoplankton in the Summer. Changes to the resolution were studied of the sampling stations. The statistical results obtained from the study of Plant and Animal Plankton, the average frequency selective in the season of the year and the station of choice was a significant difference with each other. Diversity and abundance of Zooplankton in Shahcheragh Dam an‎d the third station to the next dam (downstream of the dam) was added to the diversity and abundance of the observed Phylum. totally 7 phyla and 5 genus of Zooplankton includes: Ciliophora, Rhizopoda, Tardigrada, Rotatoria, Nematoda, Cladocera, Copepoda, and 6 phyla and 12 genus of Phytoplankton includes: Bacillisriophyts, Cyanophyta, Chlorophyta, Euglenaophyta, Chrysophyta, Phyrrophyta were identified
