نژاد جديد دانشگاهها فرصت يا تهديد در نظام آموزش عالي ايران

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسي نژاد جديد دانشگاههاي دنيا و فرصت ها و تهديدهاي پيش روي نظام آموزش عالي ايران است. جامعه آماري پژوهش را اسناد و مدارك موجود در داخل و خارج تشكيل داده است. روش پژوهش توصيفي و ابزار تحقيق مشاهده بوده است. سوال هاي پژوهش عبارتند از: الف- ويژگي هاي دانشگاههاي نسل جديد كدامند؟ ب- چه تفاوتهايي بين دانشگاههاي سنتي (سبك يك) و نسل جديد دانشگاهها وجود دارد؟ ج- چالش هاي موجود در كشور جهت حركت به سمت نژاد جديد دانشگاهها كدامند؟ جهت تحليل اطلاعات از روش تحليلي استفاده گرديده است. نتايج حاصله در سه سوال پژوهش به شرح زير استخراج گرديده است؛ ايجاد رابطه نوين بين علم و جامعه جهت حل مسائل جهاني و فوريتهايي همچون فقر، تخريب محيط زيست، عدم امنيت و توجه بيشتر به افزايش كيفيت نيروي انساني، معطوف تر شدن آموزشها به اشتغال و اهميت يافتن آموزش هاي حرفه اي، رشد پژوهش مسئله محور از جمله تفاوت هاي دانشگاههاي نسل جديد است كه به شدت در فرامرزها در حال رشد و توسعه است. با عنايت به موارد ذكر شده، جهت هم راستا شدن با تغييرات جهاني ضروري است تا دانشگاهها به عنوان مرجع علمي، آموزشي و پژوهشي آمادگي لازم را كسب نمايند. تربيت و رشد حرفهاي راهبران سيستم اعضاي هيات علمي)، طراحي مجدد دانشگاه ها، فراهم سازي بستر و زمينه سخت افزاري و نرم افزاري، هموار نمودن چالشهاي مديريتي از طريق توانمندسازي مديران و... اهم اقداماتي است كه سياستگزاران آموزش عالي مي بايست بي وقفه به آن بپردازند.

The purpose of the present research is to survey the new generation of universities in the world and the opportunities and threats facing with the higher education system of Iran. The statistical population of the research is consisted of inside and outside documents. The method is "Descriptive” and the tool of the research is interview. The research questions are as follows: AWhat are the features of the new generation universities? B - What is the difference between traditional universities (style A) and the new generation of universities there? C - What are Challenges confronted in the country in order to move towards the new generation of university? The analytical methods have been used to analyze the data. The results obtained in the study are as follows: to create a new relationship between science and society and the urgency to solve global problems such as poverty, environmental degradation, and lack of security and etc.With regards to the above mentioned cases and in parallel with global changes, it is necessary for the universities to be considered as a scientific reference, research and training acquire the essential preparations.
