Secure urban spaces through the use of the CPTED theory and the emphasis on historical quality of the Arg street

در جهان امروز امنيت يكي از عوامل ارتقاء كيفيت حضورپذيري در فضاهاي شهري است كه ايمني جامعه را در بردارد. طراحي مطلوب و كاربردي فضاهاي ساخته شده منجر به كاهش جرم و افزايش امنيت در فضاي شهري خواهد شد. يك فضاي شهري امن فعاليتهاي مناسب را تشويق و فعاليتهاي نامناسب را تهديد مي كند. با افزايش حضور و نظارت شهروندان ، امكان مشاهده توسط ديگران فراهم مي شود، سطح تعاملات اجتماعي افزايش يافته و امنيت نيز به محيط وارد خواهد شد. هدف پژوهش حاضر پيشگيري از وقوع جرم با استفاده از طراحي محيطي به عنوان بخشي از راهكارهاي جامعه ايمن در جهت اجتناب از جرم مي باشد كه دريكي از محورهاي تاريخي شهر مشهد با روش پژوهش توصيفي تحليلي و شيوه گرداوري اطلاعات كتابخانهاي و ميداني بررسي خواهد شد. پس از بيان مباحث جرم ، امنيت و حضورپذيري در فضاي شهري ، عوامل و شاخصه هاي مهم در طراحي بر پايه ي اصول ( CPTED ) و ايمني فضاهاي شهري به ارائه راهكارها و پيشنهادها اجرايي اين رويكرد مي پردازيم . در انتها مفهوم امنيت در ارتباط با ويژگي هاي كالبدي فضاي ايمن شهري با تأكيد بر حضور پذيري ارائه خواهد شد. درنهايت نتيجه اي كه مي توان از اين پژوهش گرفت اين است كه انسان همواره به دنبال فضا و مكاني است كه بتواند با آرامش درآن وقت سپري كند و ايمني و امنيت را برايش فراهم سازد و اينها همه با طراحي محيطي مناسب باعث مي شود كه ميزان حضور پذيري افراد افزايش يابد و اين كيفيت در كنار خود باعث افزايش امنيت نيزمي شود.

In today's world, security is a factor in improving the quality of attendance in urban spaces ,which protects the community. The optimal and functional design of the spaces created will reduce the crime and increase the security of urban space . A secure urban space encourages appropriate activities and threatens inappropriate activities. By increasing the presence and supervision of citizens, it will be possible to observe others, the level of social interaction will be enhanced and security will be brought into the environment. The purpose of this study was to prevent crime by using environmental design as part of a safe crime prevention strategy for crime avoidance that will be studied in one of Mashhad's cities with descriptive-analytic research method and library information collection method. After expressing the issues of crime, security and presence in urban space, The key factors and design principles (CPTED) and the safety of urban spaces are to provide solutions and suggestions for the implementation of this approach. Finally, the concept of security will be presented in relation to the physical characteristics of a secure urban environment with an emphasis on attendance. Ultimately, the result of this study is that humans are always looking for space and space to relax and provide safety and security to them. All of them, with the proper design of the environment, will increase the visibility of people, and this quality will increase security as well.
