با توجه به گسترش صنعت گردشگري و توريسم در دومين كلانشهرمذهبي جهان مشهد الرضا ، وجود مراكز اقامتي و خدمات گردشگري در خور شأن زائران و مجاوران اجتناب ناپذير است. در همين خصوص با تشريح توصيفي و تحليلي شرايط خاص منطقه خراسان و به خصوص شهرستان فراموش شده كلات نادري به معرفي مقياس هاي گردشگري تجزيه و تحليل تاريخي محيط زيست جغرافيا و تحليل اقوام و زبان هاي گوناگون كه نشان دهنده گزينه مناسب براي اتصال اين بافت به شهرمشهد مقدس و محور گردشگري ايران اسلامي در اين مقاله پرداخته مي باشد. همچنين در خصوص باز زنده سازي و اتصال اين بافت نياز به طراحي در مقياس وسيع تر و با هدف تامين نيازمندي هاي توريستي در زمينه اقامت، تفرج، همايش، تفريح، رفاه، اسايش و برنامه ريزي زماني مناسب براي مراجعه كنندگان و خدمات جامع را در قالب مجتمع اقامتي – گردشگري در اين منطقه كه پيش نياز اوليه گسترش گردشگري و جذب سرمايه گذار در منطقه مي باشد ميزان نياز به موضوع را كاملا بيان مي كند كه فوايدكاملا تاثيرگذاري بر اقتصاد اين منطقه و ساكنين اين منطقه مي گذارد علاوه بر اين منجر به توسعه فرهنگي در سطح داخلي و خارجي و توليد مجدد خراسان بزرگ با پايتختي فرهنگي كلات نادري مي شود . و اهداف كلي زير را دنبال مي كند: .1 طراحي يك مجموعه اقامتي گردشگري كه علاوه بر جنبه خدمات در حوضه سلامت بر مخاطب خود تاثير مي گذارد – .2 ايجاد اين مجموعه زير ساخت لازم براي جذب سرمايه و بهره برداري از ديگر پتانسيل لازم در اين منطقه و طرح هاي سلامت .3 ايجاد طرح ملي درامد زا به منظور توسعه گردشگري منطقه شمال خراسان .4 بهبود جايگاه و برقراري ثبات بخش گردشگر در اقتصاد شمال خراسان كه به دنبال ان سبب كاهش فشار بر تنفس گاه هاي موجود مشهد (طرقبه شانديز) .5 برقراري و حفظ رابطه تعادل بين فعاليت هاي گردشگري طبيعي ، فرهنگي و زيست بوم ها منطقه با توجه به ظرفيت .6 اماده سازي و مهار نمودن و هدايت زير ساخت ها و نهادهاي مورد نياز گردشگر منطقه .7 ايجاد ارتباط فراملي با مراكز شهرهاي مهم تاريخي منطقه خراسان بزرگ و در نتيجه بالا بردن مقام خراسان

Due to the expansion of tourism and tourism industry in the second largest holy city of the world(Mashhad al-Reza)the existence of residential centers and tourist services is inevitable for pilgrims and associates. In this regard, descriptive and analytical descriptions of the specific circumstances of the Khorasan region and in particular the forgotten city of Kalat Naderi has introduced tourism scales ,historical analysis,environment-geography and analysis of ethnicities and languages, which represents the right option for connecting this tissue (kalat naderi) with this area which is the prerequsite in expanding tourism and attracting investment in the region expresses the amount of need for the subject which has great beneficial effects on the economy and the in habitants of this region. moreover ,this leads to the development of the domestic and foreign culture and the reporduction of khorasan province with the cultural capital of kalat naderi. It pursues the following general objectives: 1. The design of a residential-tourist complex that affects the health services aspect of audiences. 2. Establishing this infrastructure to raise funds and exploit of potential in this area and health plans 3. Creation of an revenue National Plan for the Development of Tourism in the Northern Region of Khorasan 4. Improving this position and stability of the tourist sector in the economy northern Khorasan, which will reduce on environment of Mashhad (Torghabeh - Shandiz) 5. Establishing and maintaining a balance between natural, cultural and ecological tourism activities of the region with regard to capacity 6. Preparing and controling the infrastructure and characters are needed by the region's tourist 7. Establishing transnational relationship with the centers of major historical cities of the Great Khorasan region and, as a result, to raise the position of Khorasan’s.
