(Investigation on historical quarters townscape and its influence on texture locating and structure regeneration (Case study: Semnan Nasar and Asfenjan Neighborhoods

شهرهاي تاريخي، ميراث ماندگار و گرانبهاي معماري و شهرسازي كشور هستند . از اين رو حفظ و نگهداري آنها در طول تاريخ و همين طور در فرآيند ساخت و سازهاي جديد در محدوده هاي بافت هاي تاريخي حائز اهميت و توجه ويژه مي باشد. از جمله مهمترين ويژگيهاي شهري بافت هاي تاريخي ، منظر بافت هاي تاريخي است كه به گونه اي تاثيرگذارترين مولفه بر ذهن و تجربه ساكنين از شهرهايشان هستند. از اين رو حفظ، تقويت و تاكيد بر عناصر منظر شهري در جريان تجديد حيات و توسعه هاي جديد در بافت هاي تاريخي شهرها مهم هستند. هدف از اين پژوهش شناخت اصلي ترين عناصر منظر بافت تاريخي شهر سمنان (محله هاي ناسار و اسفنجان ) و شناسايي ديدهاي كانوني، گسترده و كريدورهاي بصري به اين عناصر مي باشد و در نهايت پي بردن به مسيرهايي است كه اين ويژگيها را ميسر مي كنند. در اين تحقيق به منظور تحليل بصري بافت موجود از تكنيك شبكه تصويري و نرم افزار Photoshop استفاده شده و در ادامه تجزيه و تحليل نهايي با روش غيرمستقيم تحليل كارشناسانه ميداني انجام گرفته است. به علاوه مباني نظري تحقيق از طريق مرور متون و اسناد كتابخانه اي جمع آوري شده اند. در نهايت با توجه به بررسي ها و يافته هاي تحقيق ، به ارائه طرح پيشنهادي مبتني بر مسيرهايي كه كيفيت هاي بصري را ميسر مي كنند و ارائه راهكارهايي به منظور حفظ و تقويت منظر بافت تاريخي پرداخته شده است.

Historical cities are valuable and lasting heritages among the cities of any country. Therefore preservation and maintenance of these treasures during the time and also the construction in the area of the historical quarters are important which deserves special attention. Historical quarters townscape are considered as one of the most important region which are the most influential on the attitude and experience of the habitants. In this respect, the preservation and attention to townscape elements in the course of regeneration and new development in historical quarters of the cities are detrimental. The purpose of this research was concentrated on recognition of the main townscape elements of Semnan historical quarter townscape (Nasar and Asfanjan neighborhoods) and identification of focal views and wide views, and visual pass ways to these elements. Finally, it is attempted to find the routes to reach the needed views. Visual analysis of the existing quarters based on photo grid technique and photo shop software is used and for final analysis, the field expert analysis was employed. Additionally, literature review of the documents and papers was used as the base of theoretical studies of this research. Then, based on the investigation and the finding of this research, and considering the quality of the possible visual routes, the design is proposed and the policies for preservation and improvements of the historical quarters townscape are suggested.
