Investigating Successful Global Experiences in Dealing with Urban Exhausted Public Spaces

لطفا چكيده را امروزه نحوه ي مواجهه و مداخله در بافت هاي فرسوده و قديمي در شهرها به عنوان يكي از چالش هاي برنامه ريزي و مديريت در شهرها قلمداد مي شود. لذا هدف از پژهش حاضر شناخت تجارب جهاني مناسب در برخورد و مداخله در اين بافت ها به ويژه در ميادين شهري با توجه به واقعيت هاي موجود جاري در آن ها در زمينه شاخص هاي كالبدي و جمعيتي، مي تواند براي تصميمات آتي در اين موضوع موثر واقع شود، جهت نيل به هدف مورد نظر اين پژوهش در صدد پاسخگويي به اين سوال مي باشد كه در جريان پديده ي جهاني شدن و سرعت در تغيير نيازهاي جامعه، بافت هاي قديمي شهري چگونه بايد با نيازهاي روز جامعه خود هماهنگ شوند. اين مسئله مديران شهري و طراحان را بر آن داشته تا براي معاصر سازي بافت هاي فرسوده و يا ارزشمند شهري كه قابليت پاسخگويي به نيازهاي جديد را داشته باشند، اقدام به مداخله در اين بافت ها بكنند. بصورتيكه ايجاد يك ارتباط منطقي ميان بافت مركزي شهر و بافت جديد بدون تغيير اساسي در شالوده هاي محيط شهري، نوسازي و بهسازي ساختمان ها با تلفيقي از الگوهاي قديمي و جديد به منظور حفظ حافظه تاريخي محدوده و جذب گردشگر و درآمد زايي از طريق مديريت خلاقانه مي توانند در رسيدن به اين هدف موثر باشند. به مطالعه مفاهيم فرسودگي و الگوهاي نوسازي و بازسازي در نمونه - » توصيفي تحليلي « پژوهش حاضر، مطالعه اي كاربردي است كه با روش هاي خارجي پرداخته است. براي جمع آوري اطلاعات لازم در بخش توصيفي پژوهش، از اسناد كتابخانه اي، پايگاه هاي اينترنتي، پژوهش هاي مرتبط استفاده شده است.

Today, as a planning and management challenge in cities, encounter and intervention in old and Worn-out urban texture in cities are taking place. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to identify the best experiences in dealing with and interfering in these texture, especially in urban areas, considering the existing facts about physical and demographic indicators, can be used to make future decisions on this effective issue. Considering that in the context of globalization and the pace of changing the deamds of society, how old urban structures should be in coordination with the needs of today community. This is a matter for the city administrators and designers to intervene in these structures to adapt the worn or precious urban texture that is able to meet the new needs. In general, creating a logical connection between the central context of the city and the new context without changing the underlying urban areas, renovating and improving the structures of the building with the combination of old and new patterns to maintain the history of the scope of memory, attracting tourists and making money through creative management.They can be effective in achieving this goal. The present study is using descriptive-analytical method to study the concepts of depreciation and examples of renovation and reconstruction in foreign samples. To collect the required information in the descriptive part of the research, library documents, online databases, and related research have been used.
