Study The Effects Of Complete Streets On Environmental Quality Improvement

طرح خيابان هاي كامل ازجمله ايده هاي جديد در برنامه ريزي شهري و حمل و نقل شهري، چندي است كه در كشورهاي توسعه يافته صنعتي به منظور كاهش وسايل نقليه موتوري و وابستگي الگوي زندگي شهري به آنها اجرا شده است و نتايج مثبت آن حاكي از موفقيت اين طرح مي باشد. پژوهش پيش رو باهدف ارتقا كيفيت محيطي خيابان امام رضا (ع) شهر مشهد با رويكرد خيابانهاي كامل از نوع تحقيق تحليلي -توصيفي انجام شده است. در اين تحقيق پس از معرفي خيابان به عنوان يك فضاي شهري به بررسي نظريات نظريه پردازان خيابان پرداخته و معيارهاي كيفيت مطلوب از ديدگاه نظريه پردازان و معيارهاي مطلوبيت خيابانهاي كامل در 5 بعد اجتماعي، كالبدي، اقتصادي، عملكردي و زيست محيطي مطالعه تطبيقي شده و با بررسي نمونه هاي موفق جهان، اهداف و سياستهاي رسيدن به اين دسته از خيابانها شناسايي شده است. در بررسي خيابان امام رضا (ع) در حوزه مركزي شهر مشهد، ابتدا معيارهاي مطلوبيت خيابانهاي كامل در محور مذكور با كمك مطالعات كتابخانه اي و ميداني و با استفاده از پتانسيل هاي خيابان، بررسي و سپس با استفاده از آزمون ناپارمتري كاي دو تك متغيره به تحليل معيارها پرداخته شده است نتايج حاصل از پژوهش بيان مي كند از ميان 16 معيار بررسي شده معيارهاي ايمني، وجود فضاهاي گفتمان، توجه به منظر نرم، آلودگي هاي زيست محيطي با درجه آزادي كمتر از 0,05 با ضعف هايي مواجه هستند كه كيفيت خيابان را به چالش كشيده اند و در نهايت پيشنهادهايي در جهت ارتقا كيفيت محيط خيابان امام رضا (ع) ارائه گرديده است.

Complete Street is a new idea in urban planning and design which has been used in industrial developed countries in the past decades. Positive impacts indicate the success of his new plan.The present research tries to find new methods, based on the theory of Complete Street, to improve living environment quality in the Imam Reza Street of Mashhad. The research method is analytical-descriptive. In this study, after the introduction of the street as an urban space , survey a bout the ideas discussed theorists street and High quality standards from the perspective of theorists and indexes of Complete Street from 5 dimensions: social, physical, economic, functional and environmental have adapted. By studying the success examples of the world objectives and policies is identified to this category of the streets . Analysis of case study emam reza street in mashhad city center, first it has studied compliance criteria of complete streets in this street with the help of library and field studies then analyse the criteria the K2 assessment method uses. The result of this survey between 16 criteria has considered , safty, Community spaces, landscape soft, environmental pollution have problems that effect on the environmental quality of street and at the end some practical solutions are presented to increase this quality in the studied area.
