چكيده فارسي :
مقوله پايداري در سده اخير در جواب برخي مشكلات زيستمحيطي شامل آلودگيهاي خاك و آب و هوا و... به جهت روند صنعتي شدن مطرح گرديده
است. ازاين رو استفاده منابع بدون اتلاف آن براي استفاده آيندگان بيان شد. ازجمله منابعي كه امروزه بدان اشاره مي گردد منابع انساني و بالطبع آن
منابع اجتماعي و فرهنگي است. لذا براي توسعه اي پايدار و همه جانبه لزوم توجه به بحث هاي اجتماعي در كنار بحث هاي كالبدي اهميت مي يابد تا
آنجا كه اگر به اين مباحث توجه نشود فضاهاي شهري، فضاهايي خالي از سرزندگي و حس تعلق و فاقد روابط مستحكم اجتماعي مي شود. ازاين رو
عدم توجه به اين عوامل باعث بروز مسائل اجتماعي شده كه ممكن است صدماتي به پيكره محلات شهري وارد نمايد. امروزه توجه نكردن به ايجاد
محلات و فضاهايي براي مردم موجب كم شدن ارزشهاي اجتماعي و فرهنگي شده و محلات فاقد كيفيات زندگي شده است و صرفاً برخي نيازهاي
فيزيولوژيك را پاسخگوست و ادامه اين روند باعث خالي از سكنه شدن محلات و آسيب هاي اجتماعي مي شود. هدف اين پژوهش بررسي مفهوم و
عوامل محلات پايدار در مراكز محلات تاريخي و شناسايي و تعيين عوامل فرهنگي و اجتماعي مؤثر بر ايجاد و ارتقا محلات پايدار شهر است. به اين
منظور، از منابع موجود در منابع كتابخانه اي به تعيين اين عوامل پرداخته شده است. در اين مقاله از روش پژوهش توصيفي استفاده شده است كه بر
اساس آن ابتدا پس از يافتن عوامل تأثيرگذار بر ايجاد و ارتقا محلات پايدار به شناسايي و تعيين عوامل فرهنگي و اجتماعي پرداخته و اين عوامل را
مورد بررسي قرار داده و نشان ميدهد در ايجاد محلات پايدار، عواملي همچون توجه به عدالت اجتماعي، عدالت در پراكنش خدمات، ايجاد بسترها و
كيفيات اجتماعي و... تأثيرگذار مي باشد؛ كه بايد آنها در طراحي هاي جديد مورد توجه قرار دهيم.

Therefore, for sustainable and comprehensive development, the importance of considering social discussions, along with physical discussions, is important, so far as, if not addressed, urban spaces, spatial spaces It is devoid of vitality and sense of belonging and lacks solid social relations. Therefore, the lack of attention to these factors causes Socialized people who may cause harm to the urban communities. Nowadays, neglecting local communities and spaces for people has led to a decrease in social and cultural values and quality of life, and only responds to some physiological needs, and continues this The process leads to the disappearance of neighborhoods and social damage. The purpose of this research is to examine the concept and factors of sustainable neighborhoods in historical centers and identify and determine the cultural and social factors affecting the establishment and promotion of sustainable urban areas. For this purpose, The resources available in library resources have been devoted to determining these factors. In this paper, a descriptive research method has been used that first, after finding the factors influencing the creation and promotion of sustainable neighborhoods, identifies and identifies cultural and social factors and examines these factors and shows that in creating neighborhoods Sustainable, factors such as attention to social justice, justice in the distribution of services, the creation of social and qualitative factors, and so forth, should be addressed in the new design.
