فن آوري هاي نوين با توجه به اهميت و روند رو به رشد آن و از جمله موضوعات كاربردي در عرصه معماري آينده، بخش جدا نشدني از زندگي شهري انسان امروزي است كه هدف آن تسهيل و بهبود انجام فعاليت هاي روزمره زندگي او است. شناخت مصالح و ابزار آلات جديد ساختماني و همچنين گسترش سطح علمي جامعه مهندسين ، در اين راستا امري اجتناب ناپذير مي باشد. با استفاده از فناوري نوين در راستاي پاسخگويي به مشكلات باتوجه به نوع زيست انسان امروزي در شهر و تخريب حاصله از آن بر منابع زيستي بصرفه جويي در مصرف انرژي، اقتصاد، زمان، توسعه پايدار ، حفظ منابع انرژي، جلوگيري از آلودگي منابع محيط زيستي از جمله تدابير اساسي در طراحي فني معماري به شمار مي رود. در اين مقاله سعي بر توضيح اوليه در مورد فناوري نوين كاربردي و همچنين ارائه سيستم هاي ساختماني و روش ها و فناوري هاي نوين ساخت، توضيح كامل يكي از سيستم هاي فناوري هاي نوين ساخت و سپس نمونه موردي هاي شاخص جهاني را مطالعه مي كنيم تا ميزان تفاوت تحقق اهداف فوق الذكر و نيز توسعه و ارتقاء فناوري ساخت و ساز را مورد بررسي قرار دهيم. با اطلاعات جمع آوري شده در اين مقاله نتيجه مي گيريم استفاده از تكنولوژي و فناوري نوين در طراحي معماري فضاهاي مورد نياز بشر ، موجب كاهش مصرف انرژي، اقتصاد، صرفه جويي در زمان و همچنين ايجاد زندگي آرام و لذت بخش براي مردم جامعه مي شود.

With the help of modern technology in order to answer theproblems regarding the current life type of human being in the city and the resulting damage to Bioresources; Saving energy,the Economy,time, Sustainable development, save of the energy resources, Prevention of pollution of environmental resources is one of the basic measures in the technical design of architecture. In this article, we try to explain the use of new technology As well as providing building systems an‎d new methods and building technologies,We totaly explain one of the new technologies system and then We study case studies in Tehran and Singapore To the extent of the difference in the realization of the goals As well as the development and promotion of housing technology in the two countries With the information gathered in this article, we conclude using technology in Architectural design of human space, It reduces energy consumption, economy, time saving As well as creating a peaceful and enjoyable life for the people of the community.
