In this paper we propose an optimized no reference evaluation method for JPEG images based on Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) method. In order to evaluate the results, LIVE image quality assessment and TID2008 databases have been used . We have compared the results with some advanced full and no reference quality assessment methods. In the result section, a high correlation between objective model results and DMOS subjective results is shown.
