Study of the Thematic Structure of Articles Related to the Librarians' Skills on its Web of science (1995-2016)

هدف: هدف پژوهش تحليل علم سنجي از پژوهش هاي علمي جهاني در حوزه موضوعي مهارت هاي كتابداران در بين سال هاي 1995-2016(21 سال) است. روش: اين پژوهش از نوع مطالعات كاربردي با رويكرد علم سنجي است كه با استفاده از روش تحليل هم رخدادي واژگان وهمچنين تحليل هايي روي نويسندگان، نشريات، كشور به بررسي موضوعات حوزه پژوهش مي پردازد. داده هاي مرتبط با جستجوي عبارتTS=skill* an‎d librarian در قسمت جستجوي پيشرفته پايگاه و محدود كردن به مقالات ژورنال ها بين محدودۀ سال 1995-2016 در تاريخ 1/4/96 ، 761مقاله استخراج شدند. تجزيه و تحليل داده ها با نرم افزارهاي راور پريمپ، يوساي نت و اكسل انجام شده است. يافته ها : توليدات علمي در اين حوزه رشد صعودي داشته و نشريه JOURNAL OF ACADEMIC LIBRARIANSHIP بيشترين سهم(51 ركورد) را در انتشار موضوع مهارتهاي كتابداران داشته و نويسنده اي به نام GIUSE NB تأثير گذارترين نويسنده( با دريافت 76 استناد) بين 10 نويسنده برتر را به خود اختصاص داده است. پر بسامد ترين موضوعات عبارت بودند: سواد اطلاعاتي، كتابخانه هاي دانشگاهي، برنامه تحصيلي، توسعه حرفه اي. كه با توجه به اين موارد نقشه علمي آنها ترسيم شد. نتيجه گيري: مطالعاتي از اين نوع مي تواند تحليل هاي قابل قبولي در حوزه مهارتهاي ارتباطي كتابداران ارائه دهد و همچنين مسئولين و كتابداران از وضعيت پژوهشي اين حوزه آگاهي يابند و با استفاده از نتايج پژوهش با استقرار الگوي ارتباطي اثر بخش در كتابخانه ها بتوانند در فرايند خدمات ارتباطي نقش موثري داشته باشند.

Purpose: The purpose of the present research is to analyze the scientometrics of global scientific research in the field of librarians' skills between 1995-2016 (22 years). Method: This research is an applied research with a scientometric approach which uses the method of concurrent analysis of vocabulary as well as analyzes on authors, journals, and the country to study research topics. Data related to the search for the expression TS = (skill * an‎d librarian *) in the Advanced Search section of the database and limited to journal articles between 1995 and 2016 were extracted on 22/6/2017, 761 articles. The data analysis was done with Rvar Pree map, Ucinet and Excel software. Findings: Scientific production in this area has grown and JOURNAL OF ACADEMIC LIBRARIANSHIP has the largest share (51 records) in the issue of librarians' skills, and the author, GIUSE NB, has the most influential author (with 76 citations) among the top 10 authors It is dedicated to. The most frequent topics were: information literacy, Internet and education. Given these points, their scientific map was drawn. Conclusion: Studies of this kind can provide acceptable analyzes in the field of communicative skills of librarians, as well as officials and librarians will be aware of the research status of this field.
