چكيده فارسي :
كتابدار نيز مانند كليه افراد جامعه و حتي فراتر از آن ها نيازمند برقراري ارتباط موثر كلامي يا غيركلامي با
مراجعين و پاسخگويي، آموزش و يا ارائه راهنمايي به آنها است. اين مساله مي تواند امتيازات فراواني را براي وي
به همراه داشته و يا سرآغازي براي شكست شغلي او در آينده باشد. از سويي در شهرهاي كوچك، قيدهاي
خويشاوندي، مناسبات همسايگي و ديگر عواطفي كه ممكن است در بين ساكنان شهرهاي بزرگ و كلانشهرها
وجود نداشته باشد، بيشتر رويت مي شود اما ازسوي ديگر قالب قومي طوايفي،كمبود نيروي متخصص بومي، -
محدوديت زنان براي حضور در اجتماع ، ميانگين پايين سطح سواد، عدم توجه به شهروندان در توسعه شهري و
... از مهمترين موانع پيش روي يك كتابدار در اينگونه شهرها ميباشد بنابراين رسالت وي در بهبود توانايي
ارتباطي خود با مراجعه كنندگان از طرق مختلف دوچندان مي شود. مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصيفي كتابخانه اي و
با هدف واكاوي مهارتهاي ارتباطي كتابداران شاغل در شهرهاي كوچك با وجود ساختار اجتماعي و محدويت-
هاي اينگونه شهرها به انجام رسيده است.اين تحقيق ضمن تحليل مهارتهاي كلامي و غيركلامي پرسنل
كتابخانه ها، به بررسي تاثير رنگها و چيدمان مبلمان محيط كتابخانه ها با توجه به نيازهاي فرهنگي و رواني
اقشارمختلف جوامع كوچك شهري پرداخته است.

Like all people in the community, and even beyond them, the librarian needs to communicate effectively verbally or non-verbally with clients, responding, educating, or giving guidance to them. This can bring many benefits to him or start a career in his future career. On the other hand, in the small towns, kinship relationships, neighborhood relations, and other emotions that may not exist among the inhabitants of large cities and metropolises, but on the other hand, tribal formations, the lack of native specialists, the limitation of women to attend Community, low average level of literacy, lack of attention to citizens in urban development and ... are one of the most important barriers facing a librarian in such cities. Therefore, his mission is to increase his ability to communicate with the visitors in different ways. The present study is a descriptive library with the aim of analyzing the communication skills of librarians working in small cities, despite the social structure and constraints of these cities. This research, while analyzing the verbal and nonverbal skills of library staff, examines the impact Colors and layout of the furniture the libraries of the environment have addressed the cultural and psychological needs of the struggling communities of small towns.
