آينده نگاري توسعه پايدار روستايي

توسعه پايدار حالت تعادل و توازن ميان ابعاد مختلف توسعه است هدف اساسي توسعه رشد و تعالي همه جانبه جوامع انساني است. توسعه روستايي فرايندي همه جانبه و پايداري است كه در چارچوب آن، توانايي هاي اجتماعي و اقتصادي روستايي به منظور رفع نيازهاي مادي، معنوي و كنترل مؤثر بر نيروهاي شكل دهنده نظام سكونتي محلي (اكولوژي، اجتماعي، اقتصادي و نهادي) رشد و تعالي مي يابد. با گذشت چند دهه از ظهور مفهوم پايداري، و روند تحولات جامعه روستايي ايران بيانگر چشم پوشي از اصول و معيارهاي توسعه پايدار است. حال آينده نگاري توسعه پايدار روستايي باعث مي شود كه ما با ديدن زمان حال بهتر بتوانيم آينده و بخصوص آينده توسعه و توسعه پايدار و چالش هاي پيش روي جامعه و بخصوص جامعه روستايي را در راستاي تحقق هر چه سريع تر رسيدن به يك جايگاه مناسب كه همان دستيابي به توسعه پايدار است بيش از پيش درك كنيم و چشم اندازه مناسبي را براي رسيدن به توسعه پايدار روستايي در سطح محلي، ملي و بين المللي به دست آوريم.
