بررسي مديريت كيفيت آموزش عالي فرامرزي بر اساس مدل استراتژيكي استونر و فريمن

اهميت آموزش در ماندگاري فرهنگ بشر و رشد همه جانبه او بر كسي پوشيده نيست. آينده كشورها به نحو بارزي از ابعاد گوناگون به آموزش مربوط مي شود. در حال حاضر آموزش فرامرزي يكي از مسائل بسيار مهمي است كه دولت ها با آن روبرو و سعي در بين المللي سازي كنند. اين پژوهش، پژوهش كاربردي است و به شيوه علمي - پژوهشي تدوين گرديده است. هدف اصلي از تدوين اين پژوهش، بررسي عوامل دروني و بيروني دخيل در كيفيت آموزش عالي فرامرزي و درگير كردن كليه افراد و كاركنان از مديريت مالي تا پايين ترين سطح سازمان براي ارائه خدمات بهتر و رضايت مندي از كيفيت آموزش عالي فرامرزي است. در اين مقاله ابتدا مقدمه اي بر آموزش فرامرزي و اهميت روز افزون آن در جوامع اشاره شده و پيشينه اي از مقالات و كتاب هايي كه در راستاي اين موضوع تدوين گرديده بيان شده و سپس دلايل اهميت اين موضوع، و اينكه چرا به تدوين اين مقاله پرداختيم عنوان شده است. روش تحقيق توامان بصورت ميداني و كتابخانه اي است. روايي پرسشنامه با نظرسنجي از اساتيد مجرب مورد تاييد قرار گرفته است. پرسشنامه طراحي شده بين دانشجويان و اساتيد دانشگاه توزيع گرديده است. نتايج آن در قالب روشهاي آماري بوسيله نرم افزار SPSS تجزيه تحليل و بصورت نمودار و جدول آورده شده و روابط بين آنها مشخص شده و راهكارهايي جهت هر چه بهتر شدن آموزش فرامرزي آورده شده است در پژوهش حاضر تلاش شده است تا ابعاد و مولفه هاي كيفيت آموزش عالي فرامرزي از ديدگاه دانشجويان و اساتيد ارزيابي گردد و بعد از اينكه به بررسي گام هاي برنامه ريزي استراتژيكي استونر و فريمن پرداخته و تلاش شده است با استفاده از اين مدل راهكارهايي براي ارتقاي آن ارائه شده است.

Currently, crossborder education is one of the most important issues facing the government are trying to internationalization. This research, applied research and methods - scientific research has been developed. Research both in the field and a library, Questionnaire survey of experienced teachers has been approved. Designed questionnaires were distributed among students and faculty, Results in terms of statistical methods by SPSS analysis software, and presented in graphs and tables and the relationships between them specified and strategies for better cross-border education is given. In the present study an attempt has been made to the dimensions and components of quality cross-border higher education should be assessed from the perspective of students and teachers.
