نقش اخلاق حرفه اي (تدريس) در آموزش عالي با توجه به پديده جهاني شدن

هدف پژوهش حاضر وجود اخلاق حرفه اي در آموزش عالي است كه باعث رشد و بالندگي مي شود. پژوهش حاضر به بررسي اخلاق حرفه اي از ديدگاه دانشجويان مقاطع بالا آموزشي مي پردازد با توجه به پديده جهاني شدن در امر آموزش عالي خيلي از مسائل از جمله اصول اخلاقي را بايد بيشتر مد نظر قرار بدهيم. روش: اين پژوهش با استفاده از رويكردهاي كيفي صورت گرفته است. براي به دست آوردن داده ها از مصاحبه نيمه ساختار يافته استفاده شده است. جامعه پژوهشي عبارت است از دانشجويان كارشناسي ارشد دانشگاه مازندران كه از بين آنها 30 نفر از طريق روش نمونه گيري هدفمند و روش گلوله برفي انتخاب شده اند. براي تحليل اطلاعات به دست آمده از مصاحبه ها از روش تحليل محتواي مصاحبه ها، كدگذاري باز و كدگذاري انتخابي استفاده شده است. يافته ها: نتايج به دست آمده نشان داد كه يك تدريس خوب كه اخلاق حرفه اي هم در آن رعايت شود از ديدگاه دانشجويان داراي هشت مؤلفه اساسي مي باشد كه عبارت اند از: كارآمدي در آموزش، كارآمدي در ارائه محتوا، تعامل حرفه اي، توجه به رشد همه جانبه دانشجويان، احترام به همكاران، فضاي بحثي مناسب در كلاس درس، احترام به كلاس و در نهايت ارزشيابي مناسب است. بين المللي شدن آموزش عالي به بررسي تحولات اخلاق حرفه اي در آموزش عالي در بستر جهاني شدن بايد پردازد. نتيجه گيري: نتايج بدست آمده در اين پژوهش تا حدود زيادي با نتايج تحقيق موراي و همكاران وي در هفت مؤلفه هماهنگ است. رعايت اخلاق آموزشي تضمين كننده ي سلامت فرايند ياددهي – يادگيري در دانشگاه است و موجب افزايش تعهد پاسخگويي مدرسان نسبت به نيازهاي دانشجويان مي شود. در حالي كه در نتايج تحقيق ما مؤلفه احترام به مؤسسه و مؤلفه رازداري مشاهده نشد و مؤلفه اي به نام احترام به كلاس به نتايج كار به دست آمده توسط موراي اضافه گرديد.

the purpose of this study professional ethics in higher education that will grow and flourish. The present study professional ethics from the perspective of high school students will be given the globalization of higher education in many things, including ethical principles should be more fashion. Methods: This study was conducted using qualitative approaches. To obtain data from semi-structured interviews were used. The research community is to graduate students of the University of Mazandaran 30 through purposive sampling and snowball method selected. To analyze the data obtained from interviews, content analysis of interviews, open coding and selective coding was used. Results: The results showed that a good teaching professional ethics to be observed in the students' view of the eight major components which are: efficiency in learning , efficiency in content presentation, interaction, professionalism , attention the all-round development of students, respect for colleagues , the proper discussion in the classroom , the evaluation is appropriate respecting the class . The internationalization of higher education, professional ethics developments in higher education in the context of globalization must pay. Conclusion: The results obtained in this study are largely the results of the seven components is consistent with Murray and his colleagues. Ensure health, education, ethics teaching - learning process in the college and increase the commitment of the teachers responding to the needs of the students.
