چكيده فارسي :
امروزه با توسعه جهش وار روابط بين الملل مرزهاي جغرافيايي، سياسي، فرهنگي و همچنين دانشگاهي كم رنگ تر شده و پيدايي جامعه جهاني بيش از پيش محسوس و ملموس مي گردد. به دنبال اين تغييرات سريع و ظهور دهكده جهاني مفهوم آموزش عالي فرامرزي بيشتر از گذشته مبحث محافل دانشگاهي و علمي قرار گرفته است. اين عوامل بر روي هم زمينه مساعدي براي استحكام پايه هاي صنعت توريسم و غنا بخشيدن به مفاهيم اجرايي آن را فراهم مي سازند. مهم تر آنكه ايران، سرزمين بزرگان و هنرمندان با همه استعدادها و امكانات توريستي، پيشينه غني تاريخي، جاذبه هاي تفريحي و ..... سهم اندكي را از اين منبع پايدار و مطمئن جذب سرمايه و صدور فرهنگي برخوردار مي باشد. اين مقاله در صدد آنست تا با رويكردي توصيفي – تحليلي در قالب ارائه مدلي سه بعدي جايگاه آموزش عالي فرامرزي بر استحكام پايه هاي صنعت توريسم دانشگاهي در كلانشهر مذهبي مشهد را مورد بررسي و تجزيه و تحليل قرار دهد. در اين راستا ابتدا روند سير جهاني شدن آموزش عالي، تأثير آن بر ساختار فرهنگي، سياسي و اقتصادي جوامع در حال توسعه و توسعه يافته مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. در پايان ضمن ارائه مدل سه بعدي جايگاه آموزش عالي فرامرزي بر استحكام پايه هاي صنعت توريسم دانشگاهي، اهميت توريسم دانشگاهي از آن جهت مورد بررسي قرار مي گيرد كه راهكاري عملي براي رهايي از اقتصاد تك محصولي، متنوع سازي منابع درآمدي كشور، غني بخشيدن به مياني فرهنگي، و بهانه اي براي فراهم آوري زمينه مساعد روابط مناسب تر بين المللي و سياسي را فراهم مي آورد.

Nowadays, along with increasing development in international communication, geographical,
political, cultural and educational boundaries have been diminished and international society
come to existence and it becomes more and more tangible. Following these rapid changes and
the emergence of global village, the concept of cross- border higher education became the
subject of academic and scientific society. These factors along with each other provide
appropriate background for establishing the basis of tourism industries and enrichment of
management concept. More importantly, Iran; elder and artistic country, with all the talents and
touristic facilities, rich historical heritage, recreational attractions, benefited from small
proportions of this stable and certain resource of fundraising and cultural export.This study
investigate- descriptively and analytically-the role of cross- boundaries higher education in the
stability of the basis of tourism higher education industry in the form of three dimensional
model providing in Mashhad religious Metropolis city. For this purpose firstly , the process of
globalization of higher education, its effect on cultural, political and economic framework in
developing and developed societies had been analyzed. At the end, beside presenting three
dimensional model for cross- border higher education in stability of industrial tourism higher
education basis, the importance of academic tourism is assessed to provide practical solution for
freedom from mono culture economy, diversification of countries financial resources,
enrichment of cultural principles and also providing and excuse for creating favorable
background for making more appropriate international and political relationship.
