چكيده فارسي :
جهاني شدن پديده اي است كه دو رويه دارد؛ هم ميتوان به عنوان يك تهديد و هم يك فرصت نگاه كرد. از حوزه هاي مهم بحث جهاني شدن كه صاحب نظران مختلف بر آن تأكيد نموده انده حوزه ي فرهنگ است كه شامل نظام هاي اجتماعي خاص توليد و مبادله و نمادهايي است كه گوياي واقعيتها، احساسات، مفاهيم و اعتقادات و اولويتها، ذوق و سليقه و ارزشهاست. و از آنجايي كه فرهنگ، كليت در هم تنيده اي از دانش، باورها و اخلاقيات ديني و قانون و آداب و رسوم و سنن و تمامي تواناييهايي است كه انسان به عنوان عنصري از جامعه كسب مي كند، پرداختن به آن ضروري است؛ زيرا فرهنگ هاي مسلط ممكن است فرهنگي كشورهاي در حال توسعه را چنان تحقير كنند كه آنان با فرهنگ خودشان بيگانه شوند بررسي حاضر به دنبال شناخت تأثير اخلاقيات ديني به عنوان يك فرصت در جهاني شدن فرهنگيست. با توجه به نظريه هاي متفاوت در خصوص جهاني شدن فرهنگي، گروهي مقاومت ميكند و به خاص گرايي فرهنگي عقيده دارند و گروهي نيز به استحاله و تسليم عقيده دارند. نتايج به دست آمده حاكي از آن است كه براي پررنگ نمودن تأثير فرهنگ ديني و اخلاقي در آموزش عالي ايران، نياز به اقدامات اساسي است چون فعاليتهاي سياسي مرتبط با حفظ منزلت فرهنگي ايراني، شناسايي نقاط برجسته و مثبت فرهنگي در عرصه ي جهاني، رواج تأثير انقلاب اسلامي و بيداري فرهنگي مسلمانان و مظلومان، دوري جستن از نمايش و ترويج عناصر دخيل ناهنجار در دين و فرهنگ، حضور مثبت و فعال زنان در عرصه ي جهاني با حفظ منزلت زن و خانواده، نمود فرهنگي استكبار ستيزي در عرصه هاي علمي و ورزشي و... كه تمامي اينها در توسعه ي آموزش عالي تأثيرگذار خواهد بود.

Globalizationis a phenomenon that the two procedures. Both can be seen as a threat and both looked at it as an
apportunity . the key areas of globalization that varius authors have emphasized the cultural spheve. Including
specific social systems of production, and exchange and symbols that tell the truth, emotions, concept, beliefs,
priorites, taste, values. Since the culture, interconnected totality of knowledge beliefs, religious ethics, low,
customs, tradition, andall ability it is necessary to address. Because, dominant cultureay will humiliate culture in
developing countries, they are alien to their culture.Study, following the recognition the impact of religious
ethics( cultural globalization is an opportunity).According to various theories about cultural globalization, group,
resistance to certain to cultural believe.The results indicate that to highlight the impact of religious culture and
moral in the higher education in iran, the basic steps are needed. Like: political activities associated with
maintaining the dignity of the Iranian culture.Identification of salient points and a positive culture in the world
arena.Widespread influence of Islamic revolution cultural awakening of the muslims and the oppressed. Avoid
the abnormal display and promote the elements involved, in religion and culture.Positive and active participation
of women in the international arena by maintaining the status women and family.Representation of cultural
arrogance in the field of scienc and sports and etc. all of these, will affect the development of highe education.
