از اهداف هر نوع آموزش مي توان به تغيير در دانش بينش و ايجاد و پرورش توانايي ها و مهارت ها در فراگيران اشاره نمود تا اين تغييرات به بهبود زندگي فرد منجر شود از جمله مباحث جديد در آموزش علوم مختلف كارآفريني است كارآفريني را بايد يكي از ضروريات عصر جديد دانست عصري كه به جامعه اطلاعاتي و هنگامه جهاني شدن موسوم است و در بردارنده پيامدهاي مهمي همچون فراگيري فناوري هاي نو ظهور تغيير و تحولات شتابناك در عرصه مبادلات بشري و رقابت شديد و بي رحمانه در عالم كسب و كار است كارآفريني در كشاورزي به عنوان يكي از سه بخش اصلي اقتصادي در هر جامعه دركنار بخش صنعت و خدمات جايگاه ويژه اي دارد. و در برگيرنده زندگي حداقل نيمي از جمعيت كشور و بخش تامين كننده غذاي جوامع بشري است امروزه بيكاري دانش آموختگان دانشگاهي به يكي از معضلات بزرگ درجامعه ما تبديل شده است كه برخي از دلايل اين پديده را مي توان سطح پايين آموزش ها و عدم آموزش و توسعه مهارت هاي كارآفريني و اشتغال زايي در نظام آموزش عالي كشور دانست از اين رو آموزش كارآفرينانه كشاورزي مهم ترين تلاشي است كه بستر لازم جهت فراگيري دانش و مهارت هاي ضروري را براي افراد علاقه مند خصوصا دانشجويان دانش آموختگان نظام آموزش عالي كشاورزي كه جوياي مشاغل خاص و چالش انگيز هستند فراهم مي كند هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسي جايگاه و نقش آموزش كارآفريني در بين دانشجويان كشاورزي به عنوان عاملي كليدي در جهت مبارزه با معضل بيكاري فارغ التحصيلان اين رشته مي باشد.

Goals of any kind of education can bring about change in knowledge, attitude, ability and skills in learners, leading to improve individual life. In discussions on the new science education, entrepreneurship is assumed as one of the necessities in which, information society and globalization are remarked for the modern age. This has important consequences like learning technology newfangled precipitous changes and developments in the field of human exchanges and severe and brutal competition in the world of business. Entrepreneurship in agriculture, as one of the three main economic sectors, deserves a critical niche next to industry and service sectors. It secures at least half the population lives of our country and serves for supplying foodstuff of human societies. Today, unemployment has become a crucial challenge suffering the majority of the Iranian university graduates. Some of the reasons underlying this phenomenon can be low level of education and training and development of entrepreneurial skills and employment opportunities provided by the high education system of the country. Unfortunately, agricultural graduates suffer a very undesirable situation compared to other fields. Therefore, educating agribusiness entrepreneurship seems the most important effort in creating enabling bed for interested individuals and especially agricultural students and graduates seeking special and challenging jobs. The aim of the present study is to investigate the position and role of entrepreneurial training process in agricultural fields as a key factor to combat the problem of unemployed graduates.
