چكيده فارسي :
جامعه در حال تغيير امروزي تقاضاهاي جديدي دارد كه توانايي تغيير و تجديد نظر در آن يك عنصر ضروري به نظر مي رسد و بايد توانايي رويارويي با اين مشكلات و چالشها جزء مهارتهاي اساسي افراد جامعه باشد ارتقا كشاورزي كشور با اهميت بخشي به نيروي كار انساني و يا كشاورز به عنوان عامل اصلي بخش كشاورزي و جستجوي فرصتهاي مناسب و ايده ها براي ايجاد كسب و كار و ترويج كسب و كارهاي كارآفرينانه در بخش كشاورزي مي باشد يكي از گزينه مناسب جهت استفاده بهينه از مزيتهاي نسبي بخش كشاورزي در عرصه توليد بازاريابي رقابتي كردن بخش كشاورزي وحضور فعال در بازارهاي جهاني توسعه تعاونيهاي توليدي كشاورزي مي باشد پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحليل عوامل موانع و محدوديتهاي توسعه اشتغال در تعاونيهاي توليدي كشاورزي ايران در چارچوب پژوهشهاي توصيفي - همبستگي انجام شده است. نمونه آماري اين پژوهش 300 نفر از اعضا تعاونهاي توليدي هستند كه با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري طبقه اي با انتساب متناسب از شش منطقه كشور انتخاب و با ابزار پرسشنامه مورد مطالعه قرارگرفته اند ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ به منظور تشخيص پايايي پرسشنامه ها برابر با 0/86 محاسبه گرديده است روايي محتوايي پرسشنامه نيز با نظر خواهي از كارشناسان و اساتيد مرتبط با موضوع تاييد شده است. نتايج مربوط به تحليل عامل يموانع و محدوديت هاي كارافريني تعاونيها منجر به استخراج هفت مانع زيربنايي شد اين موانع به ترتيب اهميت عبارتند از: مانع اطلاع رساني ،فني، مالي، ساختاري بازاريابي و فروش مديريتي و قانوني كهدر مجموع 76/547 درصد واريانس كل موانع و محدوديت هاي اشتغال زايي تعاونيهاي توليدي كشاورزي را تبيين نموده اند. همچنين موانع اطلاع رساني مالي و فني نيز برافزايش تعداد اعضا تاثير دارند.

Today, changing societies face new demands that entail changes and rearrangement in their ability. The ability of encountering to problems and challenges should be a basic skill of people. Promoting the agriculture in our country was realized by giving importance to man power and farmers as the basic factor in agricultural sector and in searching the opportunity to develop enterprises entrepreneurship in agriculture sector. Whereas attention to entrepreneurship and entrepreneurs trait in different sector of society has achieved to progress economic, social and cultural growth, the necessity of entrepreneurship extension and employment development in agricultural cooperatives becomes inevitable, too. One of appropriate tools to incorporate advantages of agricultural sector in the field of production, marketing, competitive agriculture, and active presence in the world markets, is developing agricultural production cooperatives. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the barriers to developing employment in Iranian agricultural cooperatives. The research type was applied and descriptive. The sample size included 300 members of agricultural cooperatives of six provinces in Iran. The instrument reliability was estimated by calculating Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient (0.86) and validity was confirmed by a panel of experts. Based on the perceptions of the respondents and ordinal factor analysis, the barriers were categorized into seven factors, namely; informative, technical, financial, structural, marketing, managerial
and regulatory, ordered by the magnitude of their impacts. The regression analysis showed that the financial, technical, informative and regulatory barriers had impacts on developing employment in agricultural cooperatives. Also, the regression analysis showed that the informative, financial and technical barriers had impacts on increasing number of agricultural cooperatives members.
