The Comparative Literature the Effect of Translatology

Nowadays, comparative literature has a significant role in global communicationdue to its emphasis on the cultural interaction. In the traditional comparative literature, the focus was on reading the text in its original form. Like comparative literature, translation has an important influence on the literary relations and effects of different cultures and also the process of globalization. Therefore, the crucial aspects of translation and translatology in this field are obvious. In this regard, this article deals with comparative literature, its various terminologies, the literary relations, as well as the importance of translation and its effects in the mentioned field. Finally it declares that following acculturation, comparative literature can t be considered irrespective of translation, and the new theories of comparative literature have been merged with translatology and postcolonial criticism. This point has been reflected in a great number of translations as the recreation in the culture of target text.
