Proposing a Process- Oriented Test Model to Evaluate Iranian EFL Cognitive Translation Skills Leveling Joint Nodes of Black Box Function and Universal Grammar

In the course of globalization, audiovisual translation has a constitutional devoir in bringing culture nearer to each other. Audiovisual translation dropping dramatically over the past videos because non-expert translators are not aware of world’s literature and genre or suspected discourse. According to Baker (1992) omission strategy can be used by translators for translating: word or expression, content of information and idiom. The climax of dubbed in Iran is in the decade of 1340 which Iran and Italy were the best overdub in the world. Iranian censoring films by control of scenario and review the final version of the film but in the foreign films by deleted scenes and changing the content of the film during dubbing. This article aim at discussing translation and censor problems in dubbing film of Chump At Oxford production by Hal Roach before and after Islamic Revolution. In order to fulfill the requirements of the study, first dissert about the container of this film then its dialogue. Base on the finding of this study, translators can not use the most element of creation the sense of humor that is accent and wrong pronunciation. The most omitted elements in translating Hal Roach’s film are words, expressions and weakness of dubbing and the main purpose of censorship is encourage political consistency and removal of anti-regime orientation
