The effects of environmental focus of the green supply chain,with the roleof resource commitment

دو دهة اخير به دليل پيدايش توسعه پايدار، شركت ها و توليد كنندگان توجه بيشتري به حفاظت از محيط زيست و منابع موجود دارند. اين نگرش مثبت باعث گرديده كه مديران در صنايع مختلف در پي رويكردهاي عملياتي جهت ارتقاء عملكرد سازماني خود با رعايت مسائل زيست محيطي به عنوان يك مزيت رقابتي باشند. از آنجاكه در مطالعات پيشين در زمينة زيست محيطي، بيشتر به نقش و مشكلات آن در جامعه توجه شده است و به روابط مفاهيم تمركز زيست محيطي، تعهد به منابع و زنجيره تأمين سبز، به طور مطرح شده در اين مقاله توجه نشده است، از اين رو مقاله حاضر مي كوشد تا تأثير تمركز زيست محيطي بر زنجيره تأمين سبز، با ميانجيگري تعهد به منابع را در سطح مديران و كارشناسان ارشد سه شركت فعال در صنعت خودروسازي(ايران خوردو-سايپا-پارس خودرو) به طور خاص مورد بررسي و ارزيابي قرار دهد . روش نمونه گيري در اين تحقيق، نمونه گيري هدف دار و از نوع تحقيقات توصيفي و شاخة پيمايشي است، به طوري كه از پرسشنامه هاي استاندارد و مصاحبه و نظر خواهي از مديران و كارشناسان جهت جمع آوري داده ها، استفاده گرديد. نتايج آزمون نشان داد تأثير تمركز زيست محيطي بر تعهد به منابع مثبت و معنادار است و تعهد به منابع نيز به عنوان متغير واسطه بر زنجيره تامين سبز تاثير گذار خواهد بود و بيشترين تاثير آن بر زنجيره تامين معكوس مي باشد. نكته حائز توجه اين است كه انجام آزمونهاي آماري مورد استفاده، تحقيق تجربي تمام فرضيه ها را مورد تاييد قرار داده است.

The last two decades due to the emergence of Sustainable development, companies and producers pay more attention to environmental protection and resource. This positive attitude has made the following approach to operational managers in various industries to improve their organizational performance with environmental issues as a competitive advantage. As in previous studies attention to the field of environmental problems and its role is the society, and the concepts of environmental focus, commitment of resources and green supply chain, in this article have been neglected, the present article tries to focus an the environmental impact of the green supply chain, with the role of commitment to resources, level executives and senior experts in the field of automotive industry in three active companies(Iran khodro,Saipa,Pars Khodro) and specifically studied and evaluated. The method of sample is sample target and the type of descriptive research survey, the standard questionnaires and interviews and surveys use to collect data from managers and experts. The results showed the effect of environmental focus on commitment resources is positive and meaningful commitment to green sources as mediator will affect the supply chain and the greatest impact is on the reverse supply chain. Another thing to notice is that the statistical methods used, empirical research has confirmed all the hypotheses.
