Ethical Leadership: A Descriptive Review Of Studies In Iran(2006-2016)

هدف از اين مطالعه مروري جامع بر مقالات داخلي موجود درباره رهبري اخلاقي و دسته بندي موضوعي(تبيين وجوه افتراق و تشابه مقالات)، غربال و تفسير نتايج آنها براي دستيابي به يك نگرش واحد مي باشد. بدين منظور اطلاعات بيش از 25 مقاله علمي منتشر شده در داخل كشور در بازه زماني 1385 تا 1394(نه سال) دسته بندي و نتايج نهايي با روش تشريحي(ساده) بيان گرديد. نتايج مرور مقالات داخلي نشان مي دهد كه موضوع اكثر مطالعات طي بازه زماني ياد شده حول تاثيرات رهبري اخلاقي بر كاركنان و سازمان بوده(روابط علّي) و محققان كمتر به معرفي مدل يا الگويي براي پياده سازي عملي ابعاد رهبري اخلاقي پرداخته اند. همچنين تفكيك عيني كمتري بين ويژگي هاي شخصيتي و مهارت هاي مديريتي رهبران اخلاقي ديده مي شود. واژه هاي كليدي: رهبري اخلاقي، صداقت، سازمان، كاركنان، پيروان، ابعاد رهبري.

Ethical leaders are trying to develop and implement ethical principles to use this tool to attract followers. In other words, moral leaders are decision makers that promote moral ethics, code of ethics and ethical behavior. This study will be a comprehensive review of the literature about moral leadership in Iran and categorize (to determine the different and similar articles), interpret the results to find them a single point of view. For this purpose, more than 25 scientific papers were classified and final results were expressed by anatomical (simple) in the period 2006 to 2015 (9 years). The results show that the subject of many studies about the effects of moral leadership and staff organization (relationships) and researchers have paid little attention to the introduction of a model for practical implementation of ethical leadership. There were also distinguish between personality traits and managerial skills of ethical leaders.
