بررسي مؤلفه‌ها و عوامل موفقيت‌آميز در اثربخشي مديريت‌آموزش‌عالي

The study of success factors and the effectiveness of management in higher education

پيشرفت و ركود اقتصادي، اجتماعي و تكنولوژيكي به ميزان برنامه‌ريزي و عملكرد مثبت و يا منفي آموزش عالي بستگي دارد.در اين پژوهش به بررسي مؤلفه‌ها و عوامل اثربخش در مديريت آموزش عالي پرداخته‌شده است. با استفاده از شاخص‌هاي مطرح‌شده، پنج فرضيه اصلي و شانزده فرضيه فرعي در نظر گرفته‌شده و ابزار پرسشنامه با نظرات 92 نفر از اساتيد و دانشجويان دانشگاه پيام نور انجام‌شده است و سپس داده‌ها در نرم‌افزارهاي SPSS و MATLAB با استفاده از آزمون‌هاي آماري توصيفي و تحليلي مورد تجزيه‌وتحليل قرارگرفته‌اند. نتايج اين آزمون‌ها به تأييد تمامي فرضيه‌ها انجاميد كه حاكي از افزايش اثربخشي مؤلفه‌ها و عوامل اثربخش در مديريت آموزش عالي در كيفيت دانشگاه و يا نظام آموزش عالي با هر يك از گزينه‌هاي موردنظر مي‌باشد.

Progress and economic, social and technological depression depend on the level of planning and the positive or negative effects of higher education. In this study, the components and effective factors in higher education management have been investigated. Using the indicated indicators, five main hypotheses and sixteen sub-hypotheses were considered and the tool of the questionnaire was used with the views of 92 professors and students of Payame Noor University. Then, the data were analyzed by SPSS and MATLAB software using descriptive and analytical statistics. Are. The results of these tests confirmed all the hypotheses that indicate the increasing of the effectiveness of factors and factors in the management of higher education in the quality of the university or the higher education system with each of the options.
