چكيده فارسي :
شايسته گزيني اﻓﺮاد در ﻫﺮ ﺷﻐﻞ، ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﻬﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﺴﺎﺋﻞ و ﺗﺼﻤﯿﻤﺎت ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺘﯽ ﻣﺤﺴﻮب ﻣﯽﺷﻮد. اﯾﻨﮕﻮﻧﻪ ﺗﺼﻤﯿﻤﺎت در ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻣﺮﺳﻮم از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ اﻧﻄﺒﺎق ﺳﺎده ﺷﺎﻏﻞ و ﺷﻐﻞ « اﻧﺠﺎم ﻣﯽﭘﺬﯾﺮد. از ﮐﺎﺳﺘﯿﻬﺎي اﯾﻦ روش، اﻧﻄﺒﺎق ﺷﺎﻏﻞ ﺑﺎ ﺷﻐﻞ در »ﺳﻄﺢ ﻓﺮدي« اﺳﺖ در ﺣﺎﻟﯽ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﻫﻤﯿﺖ ﻓﺮاﯾﻨﺪة »ﮐﺎر ﮔﺮوﻫﯽ« در ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻬﺎ، اﻧﺠﺎم اﻧﻄﺒﺎﻗﻬﺎي دﯾﮕﺮ ﺿﺮوري ﺑﻪ ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﯽآﯾﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ »اﻧﻄﺒﺎق اﻓﺮاد ﺷﺎﻏﻞ ﺑﺎ ﯾﮑﺪﯾﮕﺮ« ﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ اﻧﻄﺒﺎق دادن ﺷﺎﻏﻞ و ﺷﻐﻞ در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه و ﺑﺮ اﯾﻦ اﺳﺎس اﻟﮕﻮي ﻧﻮﯾﻨﯽ ﺑﺮاي اﻧﺘﺨﺎب و ﺑﻪ ﮐﺎرﮔﻤﺎري ﻧﯿﺮوي اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﻧﯿﺰ ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎد و ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ داده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﮥ اﻟﮕﻮي ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎدي (ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﮔﺮوﻫﯽ) ﺑﺎ اﻟﮕﻮي ﻣﺮﺳﻮم (ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻓﺮدي)، ﻣﺪل رﯾﺎﺿﯽ آن در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﯾﮏ ﻣﺪل ﻏﯿﺮ ﺧﻄﯽ (درﺟﮥ دوم) ﻓﺮﻣﻮﻟﻪ ﺷﺪه؛ ﺳﭙﺲ ﺑﻪ وﺳﯿﻠﻪ »ﺷﺒﮑﮥ ﻋﺼﺒﯽ« ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار Matlab ﺣﻞ ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ آﻣـﺎري ﻧﺸـﺎن ﻣﯽدﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﺟﻮاﺑﻬﺎي ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه از اﻟﮕﻮي ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎدي و ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﺟﻮاﺑﻬﺎي ﺑـﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه از اﻟﮕﻮي ﻣﺮﺳﻮم، ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻌﯿﺎر ﻫﺰﯾﻨﻪ، اﺧﺘﻼف ﺑﺴﯿﺎر ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري وﺟﻮد ( t(19 ) 10 / 966 و .( P Value 0 /000 در ﻧﺘﯿﺠـﻪ اﺳﺘﻔـﺎده از اﻟﮕـﻮي ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬـﺎدي ﺑـﺮاي اﻧﺘﺨﺎب و ﺑﻪ ﮐﺎرﮔﻤﺎري ﻧﯿﺮوي اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ در ﻣﺸﺎﻏﻞ و ﭘﺴﺘﻬﺎي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺟﺎي اﻟﮕﻮي ﻣﺮﺳﻮم ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻪ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد.
چكيده لاتين :
The desirability of people in every occupation is considered one of the most important issues and managerial decisions. Such decisions are made in organizations traditionally through simple adaptation of employed and occupation. One of the shortcomings of this approach is the adaptation of working with a job at the individual level , while considering the importance of the process of teamwork in organizations, other adaptations seem necessary. In this paper, Adaptation of working people together has been considered in addition to adaptation of employees and jobs, and based on this, a new model for selecting and employing human resources has also been proposed and developed. In order to compare the proposed pattern (based on group analysis) with the conventional model (based on the level of individual analysis), its mathematical model was formulated in the form of a nonlinear model (second class); then, by using the neural network using the software Matlab solved. The results of statistical analysis show that there is a significant difference between the mean of the solutions obtained from the proposed model and the average of the obtained solutions from the conventional model, according to the cost criterion. ( t(19 ) =10 / 966 , P - Value =0 /000 . As a result, using the proposed model for choosing and employing human resources in occupations and organizational posts is recommended instead of the conventional model.
