كاربرد رويكرد تحليل ديناميك سيستم‌ها در مدل‌سازي روابط دانشگاه-صنعت و تاثير آن بر توسعه پايدار

System Dynamics modeling approach used in university-industry relations and its impact on sustainable development

اگر جامعه را به عنوان يك كل در نظر بگيريم كه حاصل مجموعه‌اي از اجزا متعامل باهم مي‌باشد بي ‌شك توسعه، تداوم بقا و رشد آن جامعه در گرو فعاليت منسجم و كاراي اجزاي آن خواهد بود. بازيگران متفاوتي در اين ميان ايفاي نقش مي‌كنند كه مجموعه اكوسيستم كارآفريني يكي از اين عناصر مي‌باشد. اكوسيستم كارآفريني همواره تحت تاثير عواملي همچون تحولات اجتماعي فرهنگي، تغييرات سريع در سلايق مصرف‌كنندگان، هزينه‌هاي مواد اوليه، مقررات دولتي نظير قوانين مالياتي، تعرفه‌ها و بسياري ديگر عناصر تاثير گذار قرار مي‌گيرد. اكوسيستم در بردارنده عناصر و بازيگراني با ماهيت چند بعدي مي باشد كه در يك سيستم پيچيده با تاثيرگذاري در پايداري آن با هم در تعامل هستند. رويكرد تحقيق حاضر از نوع كيفي مي باشد به همين منظور از روش مطالعه كتابخانه‌اي و بررسي اسنادي استفاده شد و پس از شناسايي متغيرهاي تاثير گذار در روابط دانشگاه و صنعت با استفاده از نرم‌افزار ونسيم (vensim, vesion6.0b) دياگرام روابط علت و معلولي طراحي شد. در اين پژوهش سعي برآنست تا كاربرد رويكرد تحليل پوياي سيستم‌ها در مدل‌سازي روابط دانشگاه و صنعت به عنوان عناصر اكوسيستم كارآفريني مورد بررسي قرارگرفته شود و تاثير اين تعامل را بر توسعه پايدار منطقه تحليل نموده سپس به ارائه راه كار هاي كاربردي خواهد پرداخت. نتايج نشان مي دهد كه سرمايه گذري صنعت در بخش دانشگاهي همواره در اولويت هاي پايين‌تري قرار داشته است از اين‌رو ورود بخش صنعت در مشاركت بيشتر با دانشگاه در برخي زمينه ها مانند سرمايه‌گذاري بر روي تامين زيرساخت ها، مشاركت در تهيه برنامه هاي درسي و آموزشي و ارائه پروژه ها و كارآموزي هاي مناسب و با كيفيت به دانشجويان پيشنهاد مي شود.

Abstract: If we consider society as a whole which is the result of the interaction of a set of parts; then, the development, survival and the growth of that society depends on the coherent and effective cooperation of its parts. Different factors are involved in this process and entrepreneurial ecosystem is one of those factors. Entrepreneurial ecosystem has always been affected by such factors as socio-cultural developments, quick changes in consumers interests, costs of raw material, governmental rules such as tax rules, tariffs and many other effective factors. An ecosystem consists in elements and factors that have a multi-dimensional nature that are interacting with each other in a complex system in which they are effective on the stability of that system. The research approach of the present study is qualitative and library and document study was used for this matter and after identifying the effective variables in the relationship between university and industry through Vensim V6.0b software, the diagram of cause and effect relationships was designed. In this study, it is tried to investigate the application of systems dynamic analysis in modeling the relationships of university and industry as the elements of entrepreneurial ecosystem and also to analyze the effect of this interaction on the stable development of the region and after that applicable solutions are presented. The results show that industry s investment on academic section has always been among the lower priorities and because of this, it is recommended that industry should cooperate more with the university in some fields such as investment in providing the foundations, cooperate in providing curriculum and educational and presenting appropriate and high quality projects and internships to students.
