Ranking of Factors Affecting the Implementation of KM in Universities by Fuzzy Electricity Multi-criteria Decision Making

دانشگاه ها به عنوان اصلي ترين نهاد اشاعه دهنده فرآيند ياددهي- يادگيري در جامعه، موجب ايجاد فرهنگ تسهيم دانش و بهره گيري از مديريت دانش هستند. مهم ترين قدم در اين زمينه شناسايي و رتبه بندي عوامل موثر بر پياده سازي مديريت دانش است. در تحقيق حاضر، ابتدا عوامل موثر بر استقرار مديريت دانش در دانشگاهها، شناسايي و دسته بندي شده اند. سپس با استفاده از روش الكتره فازي به رتبه بندي اين عوامل پرداخته شده است. نتايج حاصل از اين تحقيق نشان داد كه عوامل جذب افراد بر مبناي صلاحيت هاي دانشي و طراحي ساز و كارهاي مناسب ارزيابي دانش رتبه هاي اول و دوم را كسب كردند و بيشترين تاثير را در پياده سازي موثر مديريت دانش دارند. همچنين عامل احصاي مقياس هاي مناسب ارزيابي دانش با كسب پايين ترين امتياز در رتبه آخر عوامل موثر بر پياده سازي مديريت دانش در دانشگاهها قرار گرفت.

Universities, as the main institution promoting the learning process-learning in society, create a culture of knowledge sharing and knowledge management. The most important step in this field is identifying and ranking the factors affecting the implementation of KM. In the present study, firstly, the factors affecting the establishment of knowledge management in universities have been identified and categorized. Then, using these fuzzy electrons, these factors are ranked. The results of this research showed that the factors of absorption of people based on knowledge competencies and designing appropriate knowledge assessment mechanisms were first and second knowledge rankings and had the most impact on effective implementation of knowledge management. Also, the factor of measuring the appropriate scale of knowledge assessment with the lowest score in the last rank of the factors affecting the implementation of knowledge management at universities was.
