Determining a efficient model for deploying a knowledge management system in aghajari oil and gas production company

اين تحقيق به منظور دستيابي به مدلي كارا جهت استقرار سيستم مديريت دانش در شركت بهره برداري نفت و گاز آغاجاري ، انجام شده است. روش تحقيق پژوهش حاضر، توصيفي- پيمايشي است كه در ابتدا با استفاده از نظريات خبرگان موضوع، اطلاعات و داده ها جمع آوري شده است. به منظور تعيين حجم نمونه از فرمول نمونه گيري عمومي كوكران استفاده و تعداد 152 نفر به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب گرديد. روش نمونه گيري تصادفي طبقه اي و ابزار گردآوري داده ها، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با مقياس پنج درجه اي ليكرت است. روايي پرسشنامه توسط اساتيد مجرب تأئيد و به منظور پايايي آن ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ (0/96) محاسبه گرديد. جهت تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از آمار توصيفي و استنباطي به كمك نرم افزار آماري SPSS 24 استفاده شد. از ميان هشت مدل برتر مديريت دانش ( هيسيك ، مارك مك الروي ، بكمن ، C7 ، بوتز ، بكوويتز و ويليامز ، C4 ، نانوكا و تاكوچي ) امكان استقرار ، براساس ويژگي هاي هر مدل و زيرساخت هاي اجرايي در شركت مزبور مورد بررسي قرار گرفت .باتوجه به استنباط اطلاعات از طريق آزمون فريدمن ، نهايتاً مدل كارا جهت استقرار در شركت بهره برداري نفت وگاز آغاجاري ، مدلي است كه داراي بالاترين ميانگين امتياز باشد.

This research was carried out in order to achieve a good model for establishing a knowledge management system in Aghajari oil and gas Production Company. Methodology the present research is a descriptive-survey that was first collected using the ideas of the experts on the topic. To determine the sample size, Cochran s general sampling formula was used and 152 people were selected as the sample of the research. The stratified random sampling method and the data gathering tool were a researcher-made questionnaire with Likert scale of 5 degrees. Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by qualified professors and its reliability was calculated by Cronbach s alpha coefficient (0.96). Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data using statistical software SPSS. Among the eight superior knowledge management models ( Hicks , Mark McElroy, Beckman, 7C, Buts, Beckowitz and Williams, 4C, Nanoca and Tacochi) the possibility of deployment, based on the characteristics of each model and the infrastructure of the company, was examined. Considering the inference of information through Friedman test, finally, the effective model for deploying at Aghajari oil and gas Production Company is the model with the highest average score.
