Management index effects on supply chain performance improvement (case study: Sazehgostar Saipa company)

Due to the importance of supply chain (SCM) in automotive industry, this plan analyses the effective factor on supply chain performance by reviewing the effect of the management indexes. Thus regarding the way that the so called variable affects the supply chain performance in the supply chain domain, it has been tried to identify variable indexes and make it possible for supple chain managers to design and implement proper and effective strategies for supply chain better performance. The research’s statistic society is the high and middle rate managers of the Sazehgostar Saipa Company and the considered data are collected by questionnaire. Also analyzing data has been done by using parametric and non-parametric tests. The results of the research show the direct effect of the management indexes on supply chain performance.
