مديران سازمان ها داراي وظايف و نقش هايي هستند كه نيل به اهداف سازماني، در گرو انجام و ايفاي آنها مي باشد. يكي از اين وظايف مهم، نظارت و كنترل است كه براي حفظ پويايي و چابكي سازمان و مهمتر از همه براي حفاظت از حيات سازمان، نظارت و كنترل جدي بر تمامي جوانب دروني و بيروني، سازمان و كاركنان و... لازم و ضروري است تا قبل از بروز هرگونه مشكل و يا در زمان ايجاد آنها بتوان سريعتر به معضلات رسيدگي و به رفع موانع پرداخت. لزوم نظارت جدي بر سازمان و كاركنان، گاهاً به شكل معضل مديريتي مطرح مي شود. توجه به مباني اسلام، آيات قرآن و سيره و كلام ائمه اطهار كه كلامي وحياني محسوب ميگردند، مي تواند مسيري مطمئن براي روشن شدن راهكارها و فرآيندهاي نظارت وكنترل بيروني و دروني باشد. اين تحقيق به روش كتابخانه اي و به شيوه توصيفي- تحليلي صورت گرفته است و به دنبال پاسخگويي به سوال شاخصهاي نظارت دراسلام در تطبيق با ساير مكاتب مديريتي از چه وجوه تشابه وتفاوتي برخوردار هستند؟ بوده و به همين منظور نظارت به دو قسمت كلي نظارت و كنترل بيروني و دروني تقسيم بندي گرديده و سپس به تطبيق شاخص هاي نظارتي در اسلام و ساير مكاتب مديريتي غربي و وجوه تمايز و تشابه آنها از منظر نظارت و كنترل بيروني و دروني پرداخته شده است و نهايتاً الگوي نظارت و كنترل بيروني و الگوي نظارت و كنترل دروني با استفاده از شاخص ها و معيارها اسلامي ارائه گرديده است.

The directors of organizations are responsible for several tasks and roles for which achieving organizational objectives are owed to do and play them. One of these important duties is supervision and control and serious supervision and control over all internal and external aspects of organization and personnel etc. is necessary for preservation of organizational dynamism and agility and more importantly to keep organizational survival thereby one can more quickly deal with problems and remove them before encountering any type of problem and or at time of emerging of those problems. Sometimes necessity serious supervision over organization and personnel is proposed as an administrative problem. Paying attention to Islam, Quranic verses, and Islamic traditions and statements of Pure Imams which are assumed as divine revelation may serve as confident path for clarification of solutions and external and internal supervision and control. This study has been conducted by librarian method and as descriptive- analytical form and it tends to give answer to this question: what are the similarities and differences of regulatory criteria in Islam compared to other managerial schools? To this end, supervision has been divided into two general categories i.e. internal and external supervision and control and then regulatory parameters in Islam has been compared with other western managerial schools and their distinctive and similarity aspects have been examined in terms of internal and external supervision and control. Finally, the model for internal and external supervision and control has been proposed using Islamic indicators and criteria.
