چكيده فارسي :
تغييرات و پيشرفت هاي تكنولوژي موجب تغيير شكل محيط رقابتي در سازمان ها شده، به موجب اين تغييرات در سازمان ها فرصت هاي جديدي ايجاد مي كند. بنابراين شركت ها نيازمند استراتژي هاي جديدي براي رقابت هستند. يكي از مناسب ترين استراتژي ها تمركز بر روي سرمايه فكري و دانش نيروي انساني است. هدف اين مقاله بررسي رابطه بين فراموشكاري سازماني، سرمايه انساني و عملكرد شركت مي باشد. به همين منظور، اين مقاله به صورت جامع منابع علمي موجود درباره مفهوم فراموشكاري را مرور كرده و يك مدلي را براي سنجش فراموشكاري در 112 شركت فهرست شده در بازار بورس تهران، توسعه داده و اعتبار سنجي مي كند. روش آزمايش شامل ساخت و تحليل يك مدل ساختاري با استفاده از هردو معيار ذهني و عيني در متغيرهاي سنجش ما ميباشد كه از يك مرور منابع مربوطه ايجاد شده است. يافته هاي ما نشان مي دهد كه مديران بايد يك فرآيند براي مفهوم فراموشكاري در سطح سازمان طرح ريزي نمايند تا سرمايه انساني را كه يك سرمايه اساسي براي بهبود عملكرد شركت است خلق كنند.
چكيده لاتين :
¬The main purpose of this study is emphasizing on creating an innovative organizational culture in a company and having managers with high level of emotional intelligence. In the Current study we try to investigate the effects of these factors on employees’ performance. In this study the effects of an innovative cultural institution and managers with emotional intelligence on employees’ performance have been analyzed. A 41 step estimation was given to employees and 305 persons were assessed. The validity and reliability of the study were examined based on SPSS v22 and the the results were evaluated with methods such as factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. As a result we can say that a relationship between emotional intelligence, innovative organizational culture and employees’ performance exists. So we can mention that for creating an innovative organizational culture in a company, existece of managers with high level of emotional intelligence in order to enhance employees’ performance is essential. Technological changes developments cause a lot of changes in organizations’ competitive environment and also these changes create new opportunities for organizations. Therefore the organizations need new strategies for being in competition. One of the most suitable strategies is focusing on intellectual properties and knowledge of human capital. Purpose of this article is investigating the relationship between organizational forgetting, human capital and company performance. For this purpose current article reviewed the literature of organizational forgetting comprehensively and then proposed, developed and validated a model for assessment of forgetting in 112 company of Iran stock market. The method is experimenting that includes development and analysis of a structural model with use of both objective subjective criterion in our variables. We found this method from reviewing the available resources. Our foundings show that the managers should plan a process for the concept of forgetting in organizational level to enhance human capital that is one of the fundumental resources of the company.
