در تحقيق حاضر، به تبيين رابطه بين سبكهاي رهبري (تحول آفرين،تبادلي ) وعدالت سازماني ( توزيعي ورويهاي) بااعتمادكاركنان مديريت تداركات پشتيباني ساخت وتامين كالاپرداختيم.اهداف لصلي اين تحقيق شناسايي رابطه بين سبك رهبري با اعتماد كاركنان و شناسايي رابطه بين عدالت سازماني با اعتماد كاركنان بود. بدين منظور پرسشنامه اي تدوين شد و بين 244 نفر از كاركنان و كارشناسان مديريت پشتيباني ساخت و تامين كالا توزيع گرديد. نتايج نشان داد كه بين سبك رهبري با اعتماد كاركنان با ضريب همبستگي 0.746 و بين عدالت سازماني با اعتماد با ضريب همبستگي 0.607 رابطه وجود دارد.
چكيده لاتين :
In the current study, to explain the relationship between the leadership styles and organizational justice with the support of its construction management staff supplies of goods . the main goals of this research to identify the relationship between the leadership style, with the staff and identify the relationship between organizational justice employees with confidence . The questionnaire used for this purpose , and between 244 employees and management experts support build and supply of goods . The results showed that the leadership style, with confidence between employees and 0.746 correlation coefficient between organizational justice with trust with the correlation coefficients 0.607 connection exists.
