بررسي اثرات فناوري‌هاي نوين ارتباطي بر روابط اجتماعي در فضاهاي عمومي

The effect of Modern communication technologies on social interaction on public spaces

اشاعه تكنولوژي اطلاعاتي ¬مدرن درتمام جوامع جهاني برشيوه زندگي روزمره تاثيرگذاربوده و الگوهاي رفتاري جامعه و فضاهاي شهري نيز متاثر از اين اشاعه سريع است. در واقع پاسخگويي به نيازهاي اجتماعي انسان و تأمين فرصت¬هاي لازم در زمينه¬ي كسب تجارب ¬اجتماعي وي، مستلزم وجود فضا و قرارگاه¬هايي (رفتاري- كالبدي) است. در اين بين وجود فضاي عمومي در شهرها به عنوان ظرفيتي عظيم در پاسخ به اين جنبه از حيات انسان مطرح مي‌گردد. از طرفي امروزه با ورود فن‌آوري‌هاي نوين به زندگي ساكنان شهري اين فضاها دچار تغيير و دگرگوني گشته اند. از اين رو اين مقاله با هدف بررسي تاثير فن‌آوري‌هاي نوين بر زندگي اجتماعي شهروندان به انجام رسيده است و روش تحقيق در آن بر اساس روشي توصيفي و استنتاجي از نظرات شهروندان پيرامون شاخص‌هاي ارتباطات از راه دور و نوع رفتار در فضاهاي عمومي در نظر گرفته شده است. نتايج اين نوشتار نشان مي‌دهد كه وجود فن‌آوري‌هاي نوين در عين به همراه داشتن پيامد‌هاي مثبت در زندگي ساكنان شهري،‌ به عنوان تهديدي جدي براي سرزندگي فضاهاي شهري، تعاملات اجتماعي و وجود رفتارهاي متعدد و متنوع در فضاهاي عمومي مطرح مي‌باشد.

The dissemination of modern information technology in all of the world s societies is influenced by everyday life, and the behavioral patterns of society and urban spaces are also affected by this rapid dissemination. In fact, meeting the social needs of mankind and providing the necessary opportunities in terms of obtaining his social experience requires the existence of space and physical (behavioral-physical) sites. In the meantime, the existence of public space in cities as a huge capacity in response to this aspect of human life is raised. On the other hand, with the advent of modern technologies to the lives of urban residents, these spaces have been transformed. Therefore, this article aims to investigate the impact of modern technologies on the social life of citizens, and the method of research is based on a descriptive and inferential method of citizen s views about telecommunications indicators and type of behavior in public spaces. . The results of this paper show that the presence of modern technologies, while having positive impacts on the lives of urban residents, is a serious threat to the vitality of urban spaces, social interactions and the existence of a variety of behaviors in public spaces.
