Prioritizing Factors Affecting Productivity Improvement Using Fuzzy Hierarchy Process Analysis(Case Study:Welding industry)

امروزه در همه كشورهاي توسعه يافته و درحال توسعه به اهميت توليد و بهره وري به عنوان يكي از ضرورت هاي توسعه اقتصادي و كسب برتري رقابتي در عرصه هاي بين المللي تأكيد دارند، زيرا در دنياي كنوني رقابت در صحنه هاي جهاني ابعاد ديگر به خود گرفته و تلاش براي نيل به سطح توليد و بهره وري بالاتر يكي از پايه هاي اصلي اين رقابت ها را تشكيل مي دهد. هدف اين پژوهش بررسي و اولويت بندي عوامل مؤثر بر بهبود بهره‌ وري با رويكرد تجزيه وتحليل سلسله مراتبي فازي با مطالعه موردي صنايع مفتولي يزد بوده است. نمونه آماري 36 نفر كه متشكل از مديران صنايع مفتولي استان يزد است. براي جمع آوري اطلاعات از پرسشنامه مقايسات زوجي استفاده شده است و از نرم افزارMATLAB جهت تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات استفاده شده است. يافته هاي پژوهش نشان داد كه عوامل داخلي مؤثر بر بهره‌ وري نسبت به عوامل خارجي از اهميت بيشتري برخوردارند. به عبارت ديگر عوامل نرم و سخت در داخل سازمان نسبت به منابع طبيعي، متغيرهاي ساختاري، دولت و موسسات در راستاي ارتقاء بهره‌ وري در سازمان از اهميت بيشتري برخوردارند. در بين عوامل نرم، الگوي مديريت، در بين عوامل سخت، انرژي و مواد، در بين عوامل منابع طبيعي، مواد اوليه، در بين عوامل دولت و موسسات، سياست ها و استراتژي ها و در بين عوامل ساختاري، وضعيت اقتصادي بيشترين نقش را در افزايش بهره وري در سازمان ها دارد.

Today, in all developed and developing countries, the importance of production and productivity as one of the requirements of economic development and gaining competitive advantage in international arena is emphasized, because in the current world competition on other scenes has taken on other dimensions and Efforts to reach the level of production and higher productivity form one of the main pillars of the competition. The purpose of this study was to investigate and prioritize the factors affecting productivity improvement through the fuzzy hierarchical analysis approach with the case study of Yazd weld industries. A sample of 36 people is composed of managers of the wire industry of Yazd province. A paired comparison questionnaire was used to collect information and MATLAB software was used to analyze the information. The findings of this study showed that domestic factors affecting productivity are more important than external factors. In other words, soft and hard factors inside the organization are more important than the natural resources, structural variables, government and institutions in order to promote productivity in the organization. Among the soft factors, the management pattern among the factors of natural resources, raw materials, among the factors of government and institutions, policies and strategies, and among structural factors, economic status has the greatest role in Increases productivity in organizations.
