بررسي ميزان استفاده از سيستم ارزيابي متوازن در ارزيابي عملكرد شعب بانك مسكن استان اصفهان از ديدگاه مديران و كارشناسان

Investigate the use of balanced scorecard system to evaluate the performance of Maskan bank in the Esfahan province of administrators and experts

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي ميزان استفاده از سيستم ارزيابي متوازن در ارزيابي عملكرد شعب بانك مسكن استان اصفهان از ديدگاه مديران و كارشناسان در سال 1396 بوده است. روش پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف از نوع تحقيقات كاربردي و لحاظ ماهيت از نوع توصيفي – پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري تحقيق كليه مديران و كارشناسان شعب بانك مسكن استان اصفهان به تعداد 102 نفر بود كه حجم نمونه به روش كوكران 81 نفر تعيين و اعضاي نمونه به شيوه نمونه گيري در دسترس انتخاب شده اند. داده هاي مورد نياز از طريق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته سيستم ارزيابي متوازن كه در قالب طيف پنج گزينه اي ليكرت تدوين گرديد، گردآوري شد. روايي صوري و محتوايي پرسشنامه از طريق تعدادي از متخصصين حرفه اي و صاحبنظران علمي و پايايي آن با استفاده از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ، 0/975 محاسبه و تأييد گرديد. داده ها در دو سطح آمار توصيفي و استنباطي تجزيه و تحليل گرديد. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد كه شعب بانك مسكن استان اصفهان از از هر چهار منظر رشد و يادگيري، مالي، مشتري و فرايندهاي داخلي سيستم ارزيابي متوازن در ارزيابي عملكرد خود استفاده مي كنند.

The purpose of present study was to investigate the level of utilizing from Balanced Scorecard in assessing the performance of maskan bank branches of Isfahan in the viewpoint of managers and experts in the first half of 1396. The methodology of present study is from applied type in the term of its purposes and is descriptive-survey in the term of its nature. The statistical population of present study included all 102 managers and experts of maskan bank branches of Isfahan. The sample size was determined equal to 81 persons The method Cochran s and the sample members were selected through available sampling method. The required data were gathered using an author-made Balanced Scorecard system questionnaire which provided in the form of Likert s five-choice spectrum. The formal and content validity of the questionnaire was verified by a number of Professionals and scientific experts and its reliability was calculated equal to 0/975 using Cranach s alpha coefficient. Data were analyzed in two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics. The results of present study showed that the maskan bank branches of Isfahan utilize from Balanced Scorecard system in their performance evaluation from all four perspective of growth and learning, financial, client and internal processes.
