The Effectiveness of Philosophical Schools in the Formation and Transformations of Technology Philosophy

اين تحقيق ميزان اثربخشي مكاتب فلسفي جهان را در شكل گيري و تحولات نظريه هاي فلسفة تكنولوژي مورد بررسي و تحليل قرار داده است. با توجه به رشد و پيشرفت چشمگير بكارگيري تكنولوژي هاي مدرن و توسعة صنعتي در جهان و همچنين آگاهي از آثار مثبت و منفي آن، ضرورت شناخت و تفسير نظريه هاي فلسفة تكنولوژي بيش از هر زمان ديگري آشكار بوده و اين مهم مستلزم بررسي تطبيقي بين نظريه هاي فلسفي موجود و يافتن ردپاي اصول خاص فلسفة تكنولوژي در ميان آنهاست. روش انجام اين تحقيق، روش تحقيق كيفي تحليل گفتمان لاكلا و موف بوده كه رويكردي تحليلي- توصيفي و انتقادي است. ابزار تحقيق مصاحبة حضوري و مكتوب و پرسشنامه بوده است. نمونه-هاي گزينش شده براي مصاحبه فلاسفه (ايراني و غير ايراني) و كارشناسان داراي پژوهش هاي مرتبط با تكنولوژي بودند. در اين تحقيق پس از انجام مصاحبه و پياده¬سازي متون، مراحل تحليل گفتمان با تكيه بر مفاهيم و دال هاي اصلي گفتماني انجام و نتايج بدست آمده در قالب نمودراهاي نظام معنايي گفتمان اثربخشي مكاتب فلسفي در شكل گيري و تحولات فلسفة تكنولوژي ارائه و تحليل شد.

The present study has analyzed the effectiveness of the world philosophical schools on formation and development of the theories of philosophy of technology. Due to the considerable growth and progress of applying modern technologies and industrial development in the world and also awareness of the positive and negative effects thereof, the necessity of understanding and interpretation of the theories of philosophy of technology is evident more than ever, and this requires comparative analysis on the existing philosophical theories and finding a trace of certain principles of the philosophy of technology between them. The methodology of the research is qualitative and discourse analysis method of Lacla and Mouffe that is a descriptive-analytic and critical approach. The survey instruments have been oral and written interviews and questionnaires. The population selected for interviews were (Iranian and non-Iranian) philosophers and experts with researches conducted in association with the technology. In this research, after the interviews and the implementation of the texts, the discourse analysis stages were carried out relying on main discourse concepts and points, and the results obtained were presented and analyzed in the form of chart-based semantic system of discourse on the effectiveness of philosophical schools on formation and evolution of the philosophy of technology.
